Mi reseña es sobre la cafetería. En los tiempos que corren creo que si hay un lugar donde la desinfección y la limpieza deba ser extrema es en un hospital... Estuvimos en la cafetería, nos sentamos en una mesa en la que, honestamente, no estábamos seguras de que estuvieran desinfectadas, y al levantarnos, pasaron dos minutos y llegó una doctora y se sentó en nuestra mesa sin que, esta vez a ciencia cierta, NADIE la desinfectara previamente... Es complicado estar en todas partes en todos los trabajos, pero, especialmente cara al paciente/cliente, deberían tener más cuidado y más manos para atender las necesidades actuales.

For many years now I have regularly used the medical services of the Juaneda clinic, from the emergency service to medical consultations and / or treatments and hospitalization. For this reason, I cannot help but note that ALL the staff have an exquisite treatment. There are always some small exceptions, but with so many years I value the positive part more and it has many. I am not forgetting the cafeteria service, the FANTASTIC girls. THANK YOU ...... <3

This clinic saved my father-in-law's life.Outstanding doctor who immediately performed a brain water puncture.In Germany, 3 experienced doctors have tried this without success.This doctor made it on the first try !!Meningitis is diagnosed and special medication is given immediately.Permanent checks by nurses and nurses.Outstanding !!!!

Despite being severely injured, I have to wait a month for an arthrogram because it turns out there’s ONE specialist in charge of this kind imaging that goes ONCE a week to the hospital to do only ONE patient. As I have been informed several times by the staff members, it is neither possible to arrange two arthrograms in one day nor request the radiographer to go two different days in the same week. Beyond belief...

Hello, I have always had an attention of 10 in this hospital and today that I had to come to the emergency room just the same, only the administrative staff that treated me upon arrival was negative. I left home with a strong pain in the abdomen, I did not take a mask something that should always be done, when I came to the emergency room I approached with a handkerchief and the lady spoke to me in a bad way for not wearing the mask, in the end she gave it to me , the minute he began to speak loudly with the rest of the hospital staff that at that time had. It reminded me of the old officials who were above the rest of the people.I do not know his name, when he came out of the ER he was not there, his hair is painted blue. It takes away many points from the quality of the hospital.

Absolute lack of emergency personnel! Just a nurse and a doctor for an entire hospital in the ER, not even an auxiliary. Therefore, you can spend hours to attend to or administer medications. The nurse who treated us was charming but she could not do much alone with so many patients in her care. A real shame to be a private hospital.

I have been attending rehabilitation with the clinic for some time and I am very happy with the care.The only bad memory I have was at the time I was in the emergency room, I didn't feel very comfortable with the doctors or with the attention.

March 16, 2020. I am 14 weeks pregnant. I can't delay testing for Down syndrome any longer. At reception a man treated me like I was crazy. Unprofessional, not understanding the flyer, asking for urine culture and when he has realized his mistake, instead of apologizing, he looks twice at my belly to make sure the test is for me. Regrettable.
