I had the gastric sleeve. My experience was great, the facility was modern an clean. The staff was very attentive and professional. Dr Bentacourt was very courteous and had great knowledge about the procedure. I was never in pain and all my needs were attended. I will recommend the facility and Dr., previous to having procedure a did a great deal of research.

Excellent service. Dr. Juan Betancourt very friendly and outstanding. Super clean hospital and very attentive nurses, Dr. Juan Betancourt Jerusalem Hospital and his team are highly recommended. I am very happy with the attention and care they gave me since I arrived at the hospital until I was discharged and a week after my surgery I am super happy with my results 🙏🙏🙏

As a patient I arrived at the Hospital Jerusalem sick and Dr. Juan Betancourt attended me and a nurse Himelda was my best experience in that Hospital the cleaning smells at the entrance the friendly staff attentive to my needs since today I could only attend in Jerusalem Hospital and with Dr Juan Betancourt, for my opinion, is 5 diamonds, thanks to Dr. Juan and his Hospital for all the wonderful hospitality * * * * *

Came in with extreme chest pain, dehydration, and nausea and felt like I was going to die from bad prescription . Dr.Juan made me very comfortable and stayed with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Jerusalem hospital for any of your needs. Thanks Again Dr.Juan 🙏🏾

I was hospitalized in this hospital and the truth is that it is very deteriorated, for people who have some type of surgery is not convenient there are many steps, the elevator does not work, the blinds do not close, the bathrooms with steps to enter, the ugly rooms and There is no hot water to bathe. The little bad attention from the nurses is not interested in the patients.
