I was so scared to do breasts implants and i will never thought i will do it in tj.but omg i had Sergery at 12 and i was aready walking out by 5. Dr Mauel did a wonderful job.i love my breast. Not in a lot of pain.i cant belive it. All the Dr there and the nurses where so sweet and the made shore to keep a eye on me. They realy kater to my needs. Im going back for a tummy tuck..love this place. Its july 10 2020.i think this is the best thing that happened to me all year. Thank you dr Mauel Gutierrez and all staff..💗💋😊

It's almost been a year since i went in for surgery. Got a chin implant, ear lobe reduction and buccal fat pad removal. My scars are nearly invisible at this point and I'm very satisfied with my results! Staff is very friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. Can't wait to go back for more procedures this year :D

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and dirty!!! Came in a month ago and the seat was very dirty and never cleaned from patient to patient. He didn’t even wash his hands before touching my face. Never consulted with me about what he was going to preform on me until afterwards and charged me a price off the roofs at the end. Very poor job & terrible results.

I’m so happy with my results! Dr. Manuel Gutiérrez is excellent at his profession, he knows what he’s doing and he understands your needs. He properly explains everything to his patients. He is very trustworthy and I would go to him if I had any future procedures. His staff are very nice and polite and make you feel welcome and at ease. Thank you, Dr. Gutiérrez! I’m very grateful for my results and I’ve now regained my confidence.

I went to numerous consultations in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas with highly recommended plastic surgeons. Not one of them made me feel as comfortable and at ease like Dr Gutierrez did. He has a great vibe and is very easy to talk to. Once my husband and I met with him I knew right away he was the doctor I was going to have do my surgery. I had a breast reduction/lift, tummy tuck, lipo and BBL (full mommy make over). I’m currently 2 weeks post OP and I’m already driving and getting around on my own. I only took the pain medicine for the first 6 days. Im blown away at how little pain I was in considering I got all those procedures done at once. I have fair skin and bruise very easily and no joke I barely bruised at all! Don’t get me wrong there were definitely uncomfortable moments but nothing too bad. His entire staff is very welcoming and professional. His driver who was very nice also picked us up day of surgery on the US side and drove us back the day after. There is a medical lane to make the short drive across the border faster. We got back to our car in less than 15 minutes from leaving the hospital. I’m very happy with my results and I know they will even better the more I heal. I highly HIGHLY recommend dr Gutierrez. I promise you! You will not regret it!

I’m only 1 day post op but i already wanted to write a review to thank Dr. Gutierrez and his amazing staff for making me feel so comfortable during my surgery. I came completely alone so i was a bit nervous in the beginning. After my in person consultation with Dr. Gutierrez on the morning of my surgery i felt a lot more comfortable and confident that my surgery will go well. From pre op to post op my nurse Rachel was there for me if i needed anything and i can’t thank her enough! She is such a sweetheart. Thank you so much Rachel and my other nurses as well. I will make an updated post in a few weeks with how my results went.

Finally I decided to write what I feel in regards to a plastic surgery Gutierrez performed for me. He is the best sale man to sell unnecessary plastic work on the face. I was just looking for a simple face lift. I feel that I was used as an experiment, even though he knows what he does. He still in business for he knows well his job. I was satisfied only 40% in general with the results, and thanks my GOD, my face was not deformed from so many things he did at once.

Excellent Dr. The only thing I can say that brought me back to life .. I operated my nose and left me beautiful thank you very much Dr. Manuel Gutierrez. Before my operation I was a person with very low esteem that I did not want to leave I was sad because of the appearance of my nose but thanks to him today I am a normal person I no longer feel “insecure” Thank you Thank you Dr Manuel Gutierrez your the best :)

I've been a patient of Dr. Gutierrez twice tummy tuck and a few years later liposuction with BBL. The Dr's work is excellent! With my tummy tuck I wasn't 100% satisfied, now that I got lipo & BBL I am extremely happy with the results! He did an amazing job and I am greatly appreciative!👍 Now let me mention that I did extensive research and I prepared myself like no other but when you actually go thru the process it's a completely different ball game. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because I feel that patient communication needs to improve tremendously. Both times I had surgery they didn't really give me any pre op or post op instructions. A post op follow up phone call would have been nice which I didn't get, at least to see how I was doing, I mean after all you do spend a couple grand. Obviously the day of surgery your apprehensive, anxious, nervous and all the questions come up later when you get home if not the following morning. I had to Goggle some of my post op questions and I had to call the office more than once. They do this for a living so I understand to them it's routine but not for us patients. I work in a medical billing office for a surgery center, I know every specialty is different. I wasn't trying to be "that unpleasant panicked patient". My husband would even ask "well did the Dr./nurse tell you this would happen or that you would feel this?!" and he would shake his head. I kinda felt for a minute that they were screening my calls too. Anyway all in all... I was confident before but he gave me 💯 X's more confidence LoL thanks Dr. G.

Their receptionist and staff are so terrible and unprofessional, I literally couldn’t even ever get a phone call with the doctor though I tried many MANY times over a span of 4 months. I had one phone call booked months ago, the doctor never called. When I followed up to find out why, I was informed that the doctor was on vacation. When I followed up again after he was supposed to be back, I never could get someone to actually book another appointment for me. Never. I was accused by the receptionist of already having spoken to the Dr after months of trying to get a phone call booked and never being able to even get that far. She was so convinced that I had already spoken with the doctor that she started giving me someone else’s medical history over the phone to try to prove to me she was correct, that I was the one she had already put through to the doctor. She completely ignored everything I tried to tell her as I reassured her that none of that medical history was mine and that she most definitely had me confused with someone else. She continued to ignore me and refused to acknowledge that she had me confused with another patient. I tried to remind her to not give out another individual’s medical history to someone over the phone who is clearly already telling you that this was most definitely not my history. She continued breaching patient privacy by volunteering more and more personal medical history about this other person she was sure was me. I honestly have never even encountered such terrible medical service by anyone ever. I would recommend everyone to STAY FAR AWAY from this place.

I just want to thank Dr Gutierrez and his staff very much. He is a very caring & professional doctor. He takes his time and explains everything and answers any questions you might have. I had searched around for a rhinoplasty with other doctors including in the US and I am very greateful I went to him. The only regret I have is not going to Dr Gutierrez sooner. I will definitely return to him in the near future.By the way I need to change my profile pic lol

Don't trust this doctor, people. Dr Romero has awful reviews and a terrible reputation. He appeals to tourists seeking plastic surgery but research enough and you'll find the truth. [Also notice how these 5 star reviews are coming from fa ke ac co unts? I have a hundred reviews posted meanwhile only 1 review for the others]
