I had a beautiful experience at NMC DIP this January 2023 while having my baby. All the staff were amazing from my antenatal to the emergency room, Labour room and the ward. Special thanks to Dr. Saumya Sundaram Bulusu. She showed great care and concern to me and made sure everything was okay with my baby and I. I recommend this hospital for excellent services.

Good Day! NMC ROYAL HOSPITAL DIP is excellent and has a Doctors, Nurses and Staff with the great job. Well trained and knowledgeable. To Dr. Mahesh Krishna is amazing doctor and knowledgeable with my my condition. Thank you doctor. To nurse jeena, Allan and Mayoorna are very caring and helpful. Naw, Pushpa, Jincy, Grainy, Izer and All of the nurses were verynice, humble, responsive, compassionate and kind. Pyae OO May is an amazing woman, she listened to me very well and to all my requests :) pleaseeeee take care of this beautiful lady. Dr. Mohamed El Marghany is an excellent doctor, he made a successful operation to me in my hand .

It was SUPERB experience!!! Huge Shout out!!!!!! to Dr. Sonam Garg for her amazing medical treatment on my eye. The treatment was superb/ excellent and all the best words that I could fill in just to describe her astonishing treatment, because of astounding procedure now I can see clearly. Thank you so much doctor and for the rest of your team and of course to NMC for having one of the most precious doctor here in your hospital.

To be honest, I and my wife are both happy and thankful for the successful delivery of my wife in this hospital. But I would really would like to shout out my disappointment in the hospital's service. Poor service in Doctor's reception for appointment or walk-in. Whether you have appointment or not you would likely to wait for 1hour at least to be served. In my case, we waited more than 3hours (note that we came before the neonatology doctor's scheduled duty). 3hours wasted! My advice, better go to other clinic or hospital. Such service is not acceptable.

Location is easy to access. Access to Sheikh Mohammed bin zayed road is very easy. Parking for visitors in basement parking is good. Only be cautious while accessing basement parking as the entry and exit to parking is same. Staff are very polite and helpful. The fountain in the main reception adds noise to already noisy area because of visitors and as such makes hard to hear what the receptionist is talking. Directions to different departments need improvement as sometimes it gets confusing for the first time visitors. A meet and greet staff in main reception to direct the right way will be helpful. Patients waiting areas are good. Although visited with appointment, waited for more than 1 hour before we can see the Doctor. Pharmacy is crowded and waiting time is long. Facility is clean. For the blood test it was quick. Went for ultrasound, radiology department staff were very polite and helpful. Overall satisfied with the Hospital.

Best OB-Gyne in Dubai Gave birth on a healthy full term baby If you're looking for an understanding, listens, empathetic and knowledgeable OB-Gyne look no further but for Dr. Monika Mangla. She put me on close supervision until I give birth and even after that. All risks were calculated and made sure was covered. Never brushed away any of my concerns no matter how small it was. She knew what was best for me and my baby and I had never been more at ease. Trusted her with mine and my baby's well being. Really glad I did my research when I chose her as my OB-Gyne. Best choice of Delivery Hospital My recovery was very fast and went very well thanks to NMC's very hands on approach. The nurses were spot on and very personable. Throughout my 3 days stay, the nurses were always seconds away when I need them. Helped me on latching my baby, food is good, rooms are cleaned once or twice daily, depends on your request, .rooms are also large with a TV and washrooms are very clean. Facilitiesare also modern. Value foroney! Or if your insurance covers this hospital, please go with them.
