I had an appointment with Dr Marwa for skincare. I had to wait for 30min and my appointment lasted for 5min.She never asked me what have I been using before or what is my daily regimen. What is my lifestyle or expected results. In fact she had another patient in the procedure at the same in another room, so she was very in a rush.I ended up with a bunch of products and I was not even introduced to the options or alternatives. She said she wants to do laser in 2 weeks! She did not even ask if my schedule would allow me to have that procedure in this timeframe.Zo Obagi products are available on the internet and other clinics in Dubai offer them too. I made an appointment specifically to have a personalized consultation but got the below average “drugstore” type of consultation.PS. My booking experience was also pretty poor. Reception messed up my appointments, sent multiple reminders with wrong dates and times and called about 3 times to confirm the same appointment.I might come and see the other doctors in the same clinic but my first experience did not meet the expectations.

All staff in this beauty clinic is so friendly and professional, I was feeling myself in the beauty heaven. I highly recommend to everyone Dr Marwa Hamdy Sobhy, we did Botox for my forehead today ..as it’s my 5th experience I have with what to compare....she is just so talented and will never recommend what is bad for you... I never felt so happy and beautiful after Botox procedure! What an amazing experience it was!
