Covid testi için geldim, kendi doktorumun istediği kan tetkikleri de vardı. Bir kan tetkiki verebilmek için neredeyse bütün hastaneyi dolaştım. Corona bölümü acile, acil dahiliyeye, dahiliye ise tekrar corona bölümüne yönlendirdi. En son da kimse bir çözüm uretemedi. Şaka gibi kan veremeden çıktım. Rezil bir [email protected]

Müşteri hizmetlerini bilgi almak için aramayın çünkü asla ve asla yardımcı olamıyorlar. Rezilliğin daniskası hastaneye gidiyorken bir arayıp bilgi alayım dedim ama sağolsunlar şuan geri dönüyorum. Telefonla bile yardımcı olamazken hastanede durum nedir Allah bilir.

Açık ve net söylüyorum bunu bilerek gidin . Pandemi sürecinde olduğumuz için malum kendisinden şüphe eden vatandaşlarımız da normal hastalar gibi bu hastanelere geliyor . Ama ne yazikki acilde iğne vurunan vatandaşla şüphem var diyen vatandaş aynı yerden giriyor aynı yerde sıra bekliyor . Dışarıda bir ayrım yapılıp ayrı bir alana yönlendirme yok . Yani hani devlete atıp tutuyoruz ya hastaneler şöyle böyle ilgi yok diye şu an Medipol de bu sınavı geçememiş insanların yeterki param gitsin ama kafam rahat etsin mantığına karşılık insanların paralarını çatır çatır alıp insanlara gereken hassasiyeti gosterememistir. Sağlık görevlisi bütün arkadaşlara başarılar diliyorum cidden zor şartlar altında çalışıyorlar . Ama herkesin dediği gibi bina yaptım hastane oldu diyen zihniyet yine insan sağlığı üzerinden kazanmaya devam ediyor. Yapacağın şey çok basit o binaya doktor yigacaksin insanları devlette sıra bekler gibi bekletmiceksin . Pandemik hastalıkları , şüphesi olanları zaten izole edecek aynı bir alanda müdahale edeceksin . Ama bunu yapamazsınız çünkü kriz yönetmek mutahit kafalılara kaldı bu ülkede .

2 kez covid testi yaptilar 2 sinde de sonuc cikmadi. Ancak bundan daha vahim olan, sonucun cikmadigini bile bildirmemis olmalari. 5 gun vakit kaybettik sonuc beklerken. En sonunda hastaneye gittigimde 'test hataliymis 3.kez yapmamiz lazim' dendi. Ve gorustugum yetkili kisi kendisine hesap sordugumda 'paranizi iade edelim, uzatmayalim' diyerek hastanenin yuz karasi olmustur. Bir universite hastanesinin verdigi saglik hizmeti, hasta iliskileri bu kadar kalitesiz olmamali. Her seyden onemlisi bir hastanin 5 gününü çalmalari ve bu konuda uzgun bile olmamalari. Umarim kimse bu hastaneye mecbur kalmaz. Cok yazik. Bakanliga gerekli sikayetlerde bulunacagim.

Bu hastanede 5 ayrı bölümün doktorlarında tedavi oldum. Hepsi güler yüzlü işlerinde profesyonel insanlardı. Hatta bir tanesi yıllardır uğraştığım çok fazla hastahane ve doktor gezdiğim bir hastalığın tedavisini çokta kolay bir şekilde bitirdi. Personelde çok ilgili ve alakalı.
