Korona ile ilgili başımıza geleni size anlatmak isterim yurtdışı korona testi için sıraya girdik. Sonra önümüzde baba ve kızı vardı babası ameliyat olmuş ve korona testi yaptıracaktı ameliyat olduğundan dolayı babadan para almayacaklardı fakat sıradaki personel babadan 400 tl alıcaklarını ameliyat olduğundan dolaylayı yüzde ellisini almayıp 200 tl alıcağını söyledi baba itiraz etti doktoru da ücretsiz olduğunu söylediği halde personel,üstünü aradı babadan 200 tl çektiler ve baba gitti sonra sıra bize geldi yine bir telefon ve babadan para çekmeyin diye personele söylemesine rağmen PERSONEL ŞİMDİ PEŞİNDEN GİDİP 200 tl VEREMEM DEDİ babanın parası da gitmiş oldu.Sıra bizde iken yurtdışı için o zaman sağlık bakanlığı 250 tl diye belirttiği fiyatı 500 tl diyip biz itiraz ettik, Sağlık bakanlığının fiyat belirlediğinin üstünde fiyat var deyince personel kadın SAĞLIK BAKANLIĞI DA KİM DEDİ. Tabi bundan sonra ne denilir ki. Gidip gitmemek sizin elinizde ben olanları anlattım saygılar.

2017 yılından beri Subakut Tiroid hastasıyım ve rahatsızlığımı öğrendiğimden beri tahlillerimi ve takibimi Medicana hastanesine yaptırmaktayım. Hastalığımı öğrendiğimden bir süre sonra Endokronoloji bölümünde dalında iyi olan doktorlardan Pınar Alarslan görev yapmaya başladı ve bu beni çok rahatlattı. Kendisi tedavimi başarılı bir şekilde yürütüyordu.Doktorum Pınar Alarslan’ın tekrar tahlil yapıp ilaç dozumu belirleyebilmesi için 2 ay sonra gel demesi üzerine 11.08.2020 salı gününe Endokrinoloji ve Metobolizma hastalıkları bölümünden randevu aldım. Randevudan 1 gün önce hastane tarafından aranıp Pınar hanımın izinli olmasından dolayı randevumun ertelenmesi gerektiği tarafıma iletildi. Bunun üzerine yeni gün olarak çarşamba saat 14:00’te randevu verilebileceği söylendi fakat kan tahlilimin aç karınla yapılması gerektiği için 13.08.2020 perşembe sabah 10:00 olarak randevum güncellendi. Tekrar randevudan 1 gün önce aranıp Pınar hanımın izninin uzadığı ve ne zaman biteceğinin belli olmadığı Tarafıma iletildi. Uzun süreden beri Pınar Alarslan’ın takibinde olduğum ve kendisinden çok memnun olduğum İçin doktorumu değiştirmek istemedim ve izinden dönmesini bekledim. Bugün yani 08.09.2020 tarihinde tekrar randevu almak İçin hastaneyi aradığımda Pınar hanımın 1 ay önce hastaneden ayrıldığı tarafıma iletildi. Medicana’nın hastalarına karşı bu kadar vurdumduymaz ve sağlıklarını önemsemeyen, yaptıkları işin ciddiyetinin farkında olamayan bir hastaneye dönüştüğüne inanamıyorum. Demek ki daha acil bir durumumuz olsa bugün değil yarın,yarın değil öbürgün derken ve beklemek zorunda bırakılırken canımızdan olmamıza bile göz yumabilecek ticarethane’ye dönüşmüş koskoca özel hastane !Daha önceleri en iyi doktorlarla çalışıp hastalarına değer verdiğini düşündüğüm İçin gözü kapalı herkese tavsiye ettiğim hastanenin bu hale getirilmesi beni gerçekten çok üzdü. Hastalarına önem vermeyen, yaptığı işin ciddiyetini kavrayamamış bir hastaneden hala şifa bekleyenler varsa buyursunlar.. Hastanenin adresi belli !

Çocuğumuzu ağır bir alerji nedeniyle pazar günü nöbetçi çocuk doktoruna götürdük, bir tane bile antihistaminik verilmeden kendi kendine geçer şeklinde eve yollandık; ertesi gün çocuğumuzun yüzünde şişlikler başlayınca acilen başka bir hastaneye götürdük ve iğne yapılarak anca rahatlatıldı, 245 lira muayene ücreti alıp ‘olur öyle kendi kendine geçer’ yorumuyla geri gönderilmek istiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Bir daha kapısından geçmem. Ayrıca çocuk için kayıt açılırken yanıbaşımızda bir sürü covid şüphelisi test için başvuruyordu, hiçbir izolasyon önlemi yok, sağlam girip covidli çıkabilirsiniz bu açıdan da.

Everywhere they take everyone for a test with covidli, there is no fire or anything, the staff at the entrance thinks they are a state hospital, reprimands everybody, or says I cannot help, the pediatrician does not look at the child's face, he does not even hear his voice. We insist that they ask for a test, we go to the laboratory for the test, and the people on the record respond hauntingly without even looking at their faces. We give an example for the test, after 5 hours, we get an uninformed and indifferent answer, as if it comes out. If you have a baby, never, ever take it away.

We called the emergency. We only waited 7-8 minutes for someone to look at the phone. There was no bleeding, but I wonder what they could do if we had a close sit-down if it had been such an important situation. Maybe it would be too late for some things! What a pity. I definitely do not recommend.
