A very fat malay lady(counter no.5) said that I must get my wife's signature immediately even though my wife just came out from the operating room and in bad condition for admin. This is the worst service that I got in my life.
There's a cafe, and an area where they sell food...They sell sushi, ya khoon toast, bread, and there's a seven eleven. You can sit there. The hospital rooms are spacious
comfortable stay for my baby, I recommend PD Dr Ho for your children
If i could rate 0 i would definitely do it. Nurses are so rude and impatient when we asked them questions as it was our first childbirth. Especially the night shift staffs. They rarely check on you and delay the treatments. Paying more than other private hospital but receive rude treatments.
Horrible experience with in house medical Dr who diagnosed wrongly. Went to another hospital and check that child is dehydrated from vomiting . The medical Dr actually say See from baby face got no dehydration and can go home and prescribe useless vomit medication!
my dad cannot speak english but good at mandarin and melayu but he got nurse that could not speak both of the language while there are a lot of other nurses . i am so disappointed :(
Emergency care they r friendly n professional even if ur a foreigner. Unlike Thomson medical the receptionist was really disrespectful and rude especially if ur a foreigner
Waited 4 hours at A&E with high fever and still waiting; came at 7.54 pm and it’s now 1245 am. I don’t think there are a lot of people to justify the wait
Had a great experience re their Health Screening. Would recommend.
This was by far my best experience as an inpatient at a hospital, from admission to the doctors, nursing staff, coffee ladies, cleaning staff, everyone is professional, caring and compassionate. What was potentially a stressful time was made into a smooth experience. Special thank you to Dr Timothy Lim and Dr Germaine Xu, their teams, and all staff at St Clare Ward for being amazing!
Poor support at the A&E from Staff Nurse Liu. Told my gf to go to KKH as there is no one here to assist despite being told she's pregnant and experiencing unusual pain in her stomach. Worst hospital A&E ever. We have been to Raffles, Parkway, TTSH, SGH and have never been turned away like this.
There were only 2 in front of me. Yet other than triage which attended to me swiftly, the wait was awfully long. I was in so much pain in my abdominal otherwise I won't be here. Why term the place emergency if the hospital has no intention to respond as expected of an emergency?
Great emergency department. Came here very late at night (3am) and received prompt and professional attention. We saw a doctor within 3-4 minutes and had received doctors orders within 7-10. Less than 20 minutes after arriving, we had medicines and were on our way home. Price was fair for the quality, speed, and professionalism of this private hospital. We live across the street from Thomson Medical Centre, but have had terrible experiences there. We’d travel out of our way again to go to Mount Alvernia. It’s worth the trip.
A&E at Mt Alvernia are a bunch of incompetent people. From the nurses to the doctors. My mom almost died last year when they were delaying treatment and the doctor wanted to send my mum home. Good time we insisted on keep her there despite their reluctance. Saved her life as she lost an organ the very next day and had to undergo major surgery. You all should be ashamed of your lack of professionialism and incompetence. The nurses and doctors at the main hospital are great though, just the A&E personel who were absolutely useless.
Professional doctor, nurses and administrative staff at your service
Sorry, I got it wrong!
The staffs are genuinely amazing & helpful. Had a great experience!
All i know is my brother and i were born in this hospital 😂. By hearing from my mother , i heard that she had a wonderful experience and very thankful for the services there while she was staying in this hospital. Very professional staff 😊💯. Very glad that i was born in Mount Alvernia Hospital ✌🏻 .
Very u professional. Staff from reception to nurses to OT staff all clueless and u. Professional. Simple safety issues, like hot water value was faulty. One day after csec, while taking a bath, tap water turned piping hot 1 min after bathing. Almost scalded myself. Will not recommend
A&E administration service is very long and slow. Even for admission.
