World class medical treatment .... at stratospheric prices
Had eye surgery done yesterday at Mount E Orchard. After operation rested in day surgery ward. Very kind and helpful nurses. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from one of the nurses the next day asking me whether I had indeed seen the eye specialist that morning and whether I was alright and recovering and to call them if there were any problems. Thank you Mount Elizabeth for having such caring nurses.
One of the best hospitals in Singapore or probably in the world. Such a good service and really friendly staff with the patients.
This is a really good hospital. Top on quality and docters. Nurses were very good pre and post surgery. Food was excellent, with a menu comprising of steak, pizza, burgers, salads all prepared in a healthy way. So 5 stars for sure.
Amazing hospital with extremely helpful and kind staff!! Bit pricey but definitely worth it. Big thank you!
Expensive and very bureacratic. Had a day surgery here, but admission was so slow that nurses were running in to push admission staff to speed things up. Months later, I had appointment to visit the lab for follow up. Despite confirming two days in advance, lab team had no clue why I was there when I showed up.
Absolutely horrible. I have been getting the post exposure rabies vaccine for a couple of weeks now due to an unfortunate encounter in Vietnam. I had all five appointments scheduled weeks ago. I arrived today to get my fourth dose to find out that they are not going to have the vaccine in stock until sometime in March. So now I don’t know what to do and am dealing with a very serious and potentially fatal situation, but there’s nothing this hospital can do to help me now. Very disappointed, and very scared for my health and the future health of others in a similar situation. Absolutely do not come here. I also just found out that they were overcharging me by double of what the shot actually costs. I said it before, and I will say it again: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. They have had the information that I would be unable to complete treatment since a few days after the start of my treatment (and I've been there many times in between) and they just informed me now about it. If informed earlier, I could have tried to find another hospital earlier to go to, but I think they just wanted to continue to scam me with their pricing for a bit longer. Thank you, Mt. Elizabeth!
