Had admitted my two relatives at Kohinoor hospital for COVID, their billing is too inproportionate, charges are too heavy, paid 22lakhs for my patients, once the patient goes to Icu, no update is received till the next day when consultant comes for rounds, n updates. What goes inside the Icu only God knows. Dr Nayan (Icu Dr) when asked to give over of the patient (while transferring to other hospital) says ask brother..(Male nurse), such pathetic hospital!!
Good but should improve
I was provided with immediate attention in an emergency. The doctors were welk trained and knowledgeable and the hospital was clean and tidy. Really good hospital.
It's a very good hospital with very supportive staff and Housekeeping staff is also very co operative... Billing is also considerate..... Mr. Ravi Ravat, patient councilor was super supportive and helpful.... We need such people like him to take care of patients in so critical Pandemic.... I was amazed and touched by his care and extended support given to us while we were in such a critical situation of Covid.... Please keep such people and appreciate them.....I was on 4 the floor room no 420
TPA support was very good and taken care very well. However the customer support or the no. Given to take appointment is being attended after 15 mins and when questioned the recipsionist cut the call.
Super Quality clean and neat hospital with all facilities...staff is so cooperative also chemist ATM Canteen also inside hospital
The place is hygenic
Best hospital with reasonable cost...
It was a very good experience in Kohinoor Hospital.
Nice hospital with good connectivity from Kurla and tilak nagar
They gave to my operation time at 2 pm n started at 3:25 ... Not much hygiene... Non cooperative staff in D mng shift
The place is ofcourse hygienic. The infrastrcure is well designed. The staff is available 24x7 and I did not find any carelessness. The only thing is its expensive
I am a corporate customer and often visit this hospital as it is nearby my home. Kohinoor hospital is a very good multi speciality hospital facility in Kurla and nearby localities. Having a good facility is of no use if it is not running properly. Doctors and staffs often complain about being unpaid. Often gynaecs are not stationed during nights. Doctors refuse to consult or carry out any procedure in this hospital. Reason they mention is that they are not getting paid on time. I have two recent experience where doctor refused to perform any procedure in this hospital, one is by an eye surgeon and other by my wife gynaec. If this continues for long customers may travel and switch to better managed facilities in Mumbai.
Every staff is very helpfull and co-operative
Excellent service with hygiene, highly recommend others. Caring staff n Doctors.
Excellent Service of all Staff and Doctors.
The ward availability is good its spacious the doctor's and other staffs are good and kind .
Dr Hemant Pathare had performed bypass operation on my father on 23rd Nov 2019 in Kohinoor hospital. Just before the operation he had demanded Rs 15,000 cash from me saying it is expenses for his assistants and his assistant charges won't be covered in our Indus Health Plus policy. I confirmed it with Indus policy executives and they said assistant doctor fees are also covered. Just after the operation ended that doctor again called me and demanded to arrange money by 24th Nov 2019. The next day he came to visit my father in ICU and after consulting him, he called me out and demanded Rs 15,000. I said talk to Dr Deepak Shinde who recommended you to us, for which he replied he won't come from tomorrow onwards and he didn't come to visit my father today. Hospital doctors and the management staff is not at all helpful to raise this issue to higher management. Be aware of such quacks and do not pay any money to doctors who demand money in cash. We are supposed to pay only to hospital. It was for the first time that such unethical practise I came across. Very bad experience.
Always carry cash whenever you go to this hospital.. They won't inform you that they will take cash for some Dr's., sometime their card machine won't work..They let OPD patient to sit and wait upto 2 hr or more but won't inform them via SMS or call before that Dr may come late..
