A really hopeless experience. Doctors are never on time. Sometimes 2 he late. No one gives any information and on top of that they mix up test results !

Everything about the hospital is good as long as you are paying. Once you have a problem with any of their procedures, then everything changes. I have been chasing a refundable deposit for 7 months now without success. It is an example of what a hospital should not be. Trust me when I say this, I lost someone dear here due to their incompetence and now chasing my money

One of the worst Hospital who charges heafty bill without proper treatment, worst nursing staff (at 13th floor), no proper communication with Patient/ Patient family by the doctors; even at time of discharged, doctors are not sharing their contact number how one can contatct after discharged in case emergency then ?

Visiting a hospital during a pandemic is itself quite scary. However, since my dad had a problem that needed special consultation we thought that the hospital would be safe and decided to go. Temperature check was done at the gate (automated) - Horror 1: No sanitizer available on entry (this is basic protocol – not maintained)- Horror 2: Lift packed with people sticking into each other. Surprised that a hospital can flout basic protocols during a pandemic!!! Staff is rude and careless. My dad was pocked twice for blood as the hospital forgot to bill all the tests at once. These were pre-operative tests. I also noticed a patient shouting in the corridor as his father a diabetic was not given his insulin on time and was made to wait for hours for test though he was admitted in the hospital. This was warning enough to decide that this was not where he had to do the surgery.

The hospital is indeed good, but the people in the billing department need a serious training on customer service. My father has been admitted since the past 7 days and we are staying abroad. I wanted to have my bill sent to my email address which is registered in the admission records, but they were totally unhelpful and very rude.I spoke to Neeta Gargude and tried explaining the matter, she was totally uncooperative and was just repeating hospital protocols. I also told her sending the bill to my registered email address is much safer then handing it over to somebody else, but she was still repeating the same thing.In the present COVID 19 scenario, most of the companies prefer that things be done online with the minimum interaction, but I guess Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital think otherwise, Very pathetic experience.

getting worst day by day.no proper attention to patient's ailments.very vague answers.they charge 1500 per consultation just to say what u already know.Never give any satisfactory answer or solutions to it.very disappointed.inspite of being an old patient of this hospital now i have to switch to other better one.

Everything is so good here. Staffs are well behaved . Doctors are so cooperative here. Doctor is down to earth person he is very cooperative.
