They rip you off left right and centre. They charge you 50000 deposit just to say hello and they take their time to refund you back the difference for the bill. When you call to ask why they didn't refund you after 2 and half weeks, a difference of 25000, they say, "I will tell you after one more week". Sorry but for an expensive hospital, I expect a higher standard of service

I was introduced to my acquaintance as good.He rushed in, hurriedly complaining of gastroenteritis, nausea, limb numbness, tight chest and pain.I rushed in without having time to make a reservation, but the receptionist spoke in easy-to-understand English, and eventually a Japanese interpreter came and the reception was finished smoothly.Did you just go to the office to find out if you happened to be free? I was able to get home safely in no time.Medical examinations, injections, intestinal medicine, nausea, painkillers and other medications, powdered ionized water source? , All for less than $ 700. I don't know much about medical expenses in Hong Kong, but I think it was a conscientious payment.If there is something (he has the best health), I'll take care of it here.Thank you very much! !

AVOID!! This hospital rips u off by not returning your deposit back!!They demand you to pay the deposit upfront even before you are admitted, then they refuse to refund it when the actual bill is smaller than the deposit. They just rip you off in that. They told me to wait for 2 weeks to get the refund, and then nothing came, then casually tell me “oh..maybe you wait a month”..And then promised to follow up and does not.

Friend was admitted to this hospital and ignored for over 3hrs even after the insurance company had provided the funds for medical care. The admin was the worst part, not even lifting a finger to check for these funds after multiple times of asking them. They would not provide any care unless payment is made. Might as well call themselves "cash only" business. The insurance company had already transferred funds and provided proof, and when asked for a name there response was, "doesn't matter even if you send in a complaint."

Very poor appointment management. Went For 8.45 appointment, the patients who came after me were called in, even at 9.30 there was no progress on the appointment.
