Von Anfang bis Ende sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter.
The rooms are not that clean, but you can work on it a little. If you want to take a shower there is only cold water. The food is mediocre. Man has to wait a long time for the doctor. And downstairs when you register and wait until you get your turn. And when you get there the doctors are very rude. The cantene is also ok, you could do better. and when you go to the Parcentin room who is very nice when you knock
General and visceral surgery: competent doctors, competent care. Perfect!
Entbindung.
I went to the hospital on the night from Wednesday to Thursday.I was helped directly in the emergency room without a long wait and I was treated. Everyone took their time and looked after me. I was in the hospital for four days. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I am very grateful to all doctors, helpers, nurses, employees, etc. I was in a lot of misery and they pimped me up again.I have nothing to complain about.
Very unfriendly ladies at the reception in the main entrance of the hospital. I got in at 12:30 and asked for directions to the emergency room. When I had to ask again because I did not understand the explanation, they explained the way ROARING to me and then I was loudly upset that you should really listen and what you couldn't understand about it. That is not how it works. The colleagues from the emergency room, on the other hand, are very polite and competent.
Incredible - you no longer feel like a patient here. Obvious tailoring of money to private patients is carried out here wherever possible and one does not even bother to hide this through friendliness. You get e.g. an MRI only as an inpatient "patient", even if a night stay is not necessary for health reasons and one lives nearby. If you ask for a bandage for the tube of the cannula before going to bed, because it dangles loosely on your arm, you will be commanded to go to your room and that will be done there - the nurses and the ward managers want to be loud when they are open Entertain directly opposite the door and laugh at you when you ask whether it is not also friendly. -8 stars
Stationary on 6aGreat supplyFrom preparation to surgeryAftercare everything was great.I am very happy to keep it upVery friendly staff especially sister Kati & Selma because you feel that you are in good hands to get wellMany thanks for everything
Seldom seen such nice nurses and doctors in a hospital. Caring, professional and at 3 o'clock in the morning also humorous !! Some clinics can learn something from this !! THANK YOU
[Neurology] As a patient, I felt ignored, forgotten and lied to here. After 24 hours of inpatient stay, I was not yet made known to the doctor as a case; despite multiple requests, I had to wait 48 hours for inpatient doctors. I was not given any diagnostic, prognostic or therapeutic information in a timely manner. My request to inspect files was ignored several times and not communicated to any doctor. In addition, I had to take care of getting the necessary medical bandages from the ward myself, which were clearly documented in my file. I was also regularly misinformed by the ward. In the end, there are three days of full inpatient stay for an operation that any practice could have carried out on an outpatient basis in twenty minutes. The station staff is a lottery. There are very friendly and helpful nurses who are absolutely powerless and thus helpless (in a hospital, the desire to see a doctor should not trigger "What should I do" as an answer). But there are also less friendly staff who turn on the light at 4 a.m., burst loudly into the room or never let the patient have a say and treat them like inventory. It is very annoying, sad and incomprehensible that a hospital tolerates such broken internal processes and is so careless and negligent in communication with the patient.Should I ever get run over by a car and a doctor from this clinic happens to be on site, I'd rather wait for the next one, that would probably be even faster. The only positive thing to be emphasized is my experience in the emergency room with friendly staff. Overall, the ENT was also significantly more positive in terms of all processes. The complaint to the hospital as well as the chief physician are out, that I dare to doubt what is happening here. My family doctor told me that she hears this regularly through the hospital.
Three stars only because I've already had good and friendly experiences.Unfortunately, the last two times I was treated as if I were a piece of meat! (So that I had bruises and injuries on my upper arm.) Because the nurse didn't pull the Vigo normally, but tore it out. When I asked if I PLEASE have something against the pain, I was usually put off until later (except for 1-2 times), which lasted at least two hours. When someone saw me crying, the following comment came up: "That can't be that bad!" I ask myself when then, when the body is already reacting with sweating, nausea and vomiting ???On one of the two days there was at least one heaviest who was still friendly to me. Why not the others ??? I can't help it if the emergency doctor says I have to be brought to and from the clinic. The climax was then that I was transferred to the psychiatry with pain and they didn't know what to do with me either.
In response to a medical question, the following email comes up: "I can offer you an appointment in 2-3 weeks. Please tell me your insurance status." The focus here is on the financial aspect and not the patient. Too bad for the hospital.
Despite an appointment arranged weeks in advance, there are extremely long waiting times, even with “wait notes” that are obviously digitally supported, it is not possible in turn. The doctors themselves are very competent, but the organizational team around them is an absolute disaster and hopes to understand the patients, who probably know better when they have to go where.
Takes 8 months to write an invoice. Send this to an address where I haven't lived for 20 years. And 2 months later, a dunning procedure is opened, which I now heard about by chance.
Unfortunately, I have to get rid of one thing that has been bothering me after years. We gave birth to our daughter here and that she is safe and sound is definitely not thanks to the hospital. No ultrasound performed on admission with contractions, so incorrect position of the child was not recognized. With the subsequent birth arrest I had to tell the midwife that something was wrong! During the caesarean section, the doctor gave our child a cut on the face that can still be seen today. According to the doctor, it will be gone in a few days. It's been 7 years now. The father first had to notice that our child had not accepted any milk from its mother, since several times (!) In the hospital one was not able to carry out a still weighing. I had to extort our child's first meal from the staff under threat of freaking out.Family room was very good, the food was fine. Whom that comforts ...
5 stars for the love sister ploka station 4B
Dementer of poorly hearing 88-year-old grandmother is supposed to be released home after a broken pelvis! Can't sit up, walk or use the toilet on his own! 89 husband would organize everything in the 3-story house (built in 1905). Husband knew nothing! Thanks to the general power of attorney, I was able to apply for a nursing level and short-term care / rehabilitation from Stuttgart with the social service after becoming aware of these facts and leaving grandmother in the hospital until a place was found. But TROTZDEM the ambulance and grandmother were at the door this morning! Grandfather broke his heart when he had to send her back !!!It is so tasteless how people deal with it !!!
Unreservedly recommendable in the field of obstetrics! The whole team is super nice and really cares intensely for the expectant / new parents. Even in times of corona where everything is a little different, I felt very well cared for here. Thanks a million for a pleasant stay! 😊
OP: I don't know my way around, but everything went well and I felt that I was in good hands.Stay:Station 7bThe whole team is very friendly and helpful. The nursing staff is understaffed, you notice after a short time, so everyone here deserves more respect as they manage everything and work with dedication.PS: Food is fantastic: D
Catastrophe !! One should make extremely bad hospital!Rude, incompetent staff as well as doctors. unsanitary hospital. Terrible food. No patience with morning visits. Extreme waiting times at the emergency room! It happens as if the staff are not in the mood to work !! Overall, an extremely poor performance! Definitely not to be recommended !!
