The medical service in Colombia and in almost most of our planet earth is quite questioned, (with just reasons) and in some places it does not even exist.Fortunately we have in Colombia and more precisely in Bucaramanga Santander, with a world-class Hospital, and more, This is the Foscal International Clinic.From the person at the front door, (and thereafter), all staff truly have a visible "vocation" to service. They all go beyond personal professionalism.In this particular case, I can attest to the above, because days ago and for 32 days, my dad was hospitalized; a 90-year-old man who was admitted with a hip fracture and its corresponding surgical procedure to replace it. All the complications were presented, obvious for a 90-year-old person in these conditions, but each one of them was cared for and solved under the highest standards that medicine and clinical care can offer today. The most important thing in my dad's recovery (after the excellent surgical procedure he underwent) was, as I mentioned before, the vocation of doctors, head nurses, auxiliary nurses, food service personnel, cleaning staff, surveillance, Intensive Care Unit and here I can spend the whole sheet to name them all.I could mention by name each one of the people with whom I interact directly, (and with whom my family also did), since I recorded each name as my own; but with the appointment of Doctor Jaime Alberto Gomez Ayala and all the personnel he directs, I think I understand that if the leader is good, those who are directed are equally or more so.Very grateful and very much to you,Victor Manuel Guzmán Moreno
