Adrianna and her team are awesome and very hospitable! They do a great job at EVERYTHING they do. If you’re an American looking for great and affordable dental work, go to them! Also Juanita in the esthetic side of the building is a magician when it comes to Botox. Only could do 20 units last time I came and she did an amazing job! Also very affordable and super friendly service. I’ll be visiting soon! Thanks all!

Very honest and excellent service. I had an old dental crown still in good shape that fell off while flossing too hard in Colombia. This clinic cemented it back on with proper equipment. I plan to return for additional work.

International Smiles surpassed my expectations and did a great job on my teeth! I came to Medellin at least partially to get dental work done. It was a fraction of a cost of the same work in America, and of better quality than I had experienced before. The team here does a great job being transparent about their pricing, your options, and providing a relaxing and professional atmosphere for getting your teeth worked on. I highly recommend International Smiles!

My experience at the dental center was pleasant, and the quality of work being exemplified by what they were able to achieve for me, was of top quality. For two years , I have used the services offered, and I really cannot claim on any occasion that the staff were negligent, but instead they were very professional and comforting at all times. I recommend them highly, and I will in the future return to achieve one other issue that US Surgeons have recommended accomplished, at one third or at most, half the cost. 🦷👍

I was initially hesitant to leave the United States for dental work in Medellin. I need not have been. Dr Rizzo was incredibly transparent and caring about my needs in a way that I'm not used to with American Dentists. The affordable options for anesthesia allowed me to sleep through a root canal and onlay procedure. In the end, I paid about 1/4 of what I was looking at in the US and I don't feel that any quality was sacrificed. I look forward to returning for any major dental work in the future!

I had a filling come out when a tooth cracked. Dr. Rizzo was so impressive in that she explained the options available for fixing the problem and then did a superb job in fixing it. I highly recommend the attention and courtesy afforded me by the entire support team and Dr. Rizzo.

It was slightly difficult to find for the taxi driver, but once I was there, the appointment was kept pretty much on time, my doctor spoke English well and I laid back in the chair with headphones, a massage pad and low music. It was for an annual cleaning and there was no pressure to buy more - which I often find is the case when gringos are the buyers. I was surprise to learn 95% of their patients are foreigners!!

This was by far the best dental experience I've had so far. The entire staff was friendly, professional and spoke English very well (helpful because my husband and I are from the US and have only been in Medellin for 2 1/2 months). I would definitely recommend international smiles to anyone needing a dentist.

Great communication in English from begging to end. I pulled out 4 wisdom teeth and was very nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable. They checked on me every day after my procedure and were very friendly. Paid 900,000 Passos for everything which in comparison to the Canadian dentist is crazy cheap. After coming here I don’t see the sense in every going to the dentist in Canada again.

Both Dra Adriana and Lina and their staff members are warm, welcoming and consummate professionals. I used to hate going to the dentist, but no longer is that the case. They put me at ease with a great pre-dental work massage on my jaw, neck and head. They spray a soothing fragrance into the air. Their dental chair gives a continuous massage, and they have a variety of eye masks to wear. With great service,, excellent work, and all of the attention, why would I want to go anywhere else?

Everything about our dental visit was simply perfect. Before we came for our appointment, Kenia was excellent at communicating information, types of visits, and scheduling. She had also offered car service if we had needed it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted in both English and Spanish. The sitting area is comfortable and has an incredibly gorgeous and lush garden situated immediately off it, in an open air living space. Everyone who spoke to us during our visit was kind, engaging and professional. My family of 4 ( two adults & 2 teenagers, one with Orthodontia) had check-ups and cleanings with Dr. Lina Rizzo. Dr. Lina is so kind, very calm and easy going. She took a full health history before conducting her exam and cleaning. The chair looks like a normal dentist chair but, it’s also a massaging chair which was very soothing. Dr. Lina used some essential oils to pre-massage my jaw and face, to encourage full relaxation in the chair. They also placed an eye mask and temple massager onto my face/eye area. The whole cleaning was conducted by Dr. Lina. She used a waterpik drill above the gum line, then numbed the gum line for cleaning below. When all was finished, she then massaged inside and around my stretched mouth, soothing the tension away. All told, each of us had about 35-40 mins in the chair. I can honestly say the level of holistic care of our mouth was expertly done! While I was awaiting others in my family, as we went one at a time, the staff were both kind and friendly. Luis, who works as support and maintenance staff, assured we were comfortable. He also offered a delicious demitasse cup of Colombian coffee that was so rich, perfectly hot and just right once the numbing gel wore off. Towards the end of our visit we met Kenia, and thanked her for her assistance in making our appointments. She, in turn, thanked us for our choosing them. And then we met Adriana. Or more correctly, Dr. Adriana Castaño, a periodontist, who opened the practice. She knows how important the gum line health and teeth are to the whole body! If you seek expert, holistic care, at very reasonable (by American standards) prices, then please see Dr. Lina and her associates at International Smiles! We surely will again!

The dentist, Dr. Adriana Castano made me feel at ease and was pleasant and friendly. I don't speak Spanish, so was really glad that she spoke English fluently. She explained the options that I had and the pricing was very clear and quite a bit cheaper than in Europe. I will be having some of the work done in a couple of days and will return on my next trip to get the rest done. The staff at the clinic are all very friendly and helpful. The face massage, etc are a great touch.I highly recommend this clinic if you need any dental care.
