Probably one of the highest profiting-hopeful hospitals in the UAE, RAK Hospital - Ras Al Khaimah, is where my daugther was born and my dad, Dr. S. Gurumadhva Rao, paid the bill on Nov 7/8 2018. A dearth of wealth in this hospital in RAK (Ras Al Khaimah) has led to the resident psychiatrist, who on my father's advice, put me on almost-free medication and after an arranged marriage and child, took me off medication in Dec 2019. The same resident psychiatrist, oversaw 4 people, including 1 in full police uniform (who mentioned this psychiatrist in question), come into my apartment on Aug 19 2020, 1 hr before my Premium Digital Class, and give me 2 injections that I don't know the contents of, skillfully refusing to show hosiptal IDs. A connection of Faith prevented the male nurse(s) from insisting on staying in my apartment (a 3BHK space I rented 10 min away from my parents, mother-in-law, wife and daughter in early June 2020, for my work and living alone). Key words from the officer were - community, call-your-family. This officer gave me his phone number before he left and called me 5 times on the same day, one call during the afternoon nap (after my online class on the same day) due to sedation and mentioned the name of RAK hospital's psychiatrist on the 5th call in the night. I blocked his number after that and left the rented apartment (in Ras Al Khaimah) the next morning. I had earlier messaged the CEO of RAK Hospital (who's number was available on the wall of the hosiptal) requesting him to prevent the resident psychiatrist from messaging me multiple times and insisting on free/unpaid visits to RAK Hospital for psychiatric consultation saying ("brother","friend" - often used to set up abuse). The resident pediatrician, who has been seeing my daugther since birth, and I exchanged few WhatsApp messages about my daugther's situation and my suspicion of her being abused, redundant damaging-customs, home-made concoctions etc. RAK Hospital has also blocked me on Instagram because I made clear and real comments on their IG advice-posts, while waiting an hour or 2 for my free/unpaid consultations by this hospital's resident psychiatrist.Update:I had a conversation with someone who called me from RAK Hospital on Aug 25, 2020 and assured the safety of my daughter and me. The psychitrist in context has not attempted to contact me again.Update 2:Your psychiatrist just called me again (Sept 16, 2020). I didn't answer the call.

Good and professional doctors,but very poor time management with appointments.Every single time I come the wait takes one hour.To make X-ray in dentistry department takes more than one hour from your time of appointment with a queue of two people.Looks like one X-RAY technician is working for the whole hospital and running between departments.

The reception process is the worst I have ever seen. There are more number of staff than patients but they are lazy. To receive a medical report to my email address, I had to wait hours and hours despite i called them two times. They say, we will send it but when???????. Some staff are very rude.

I heard and read many negative reviews from experienced people.Really what blame them.Staff lack a lot of communication skills.And the money in general and become a cornerstone for dealing with patientsPay or check.The phenomenon that you get only in the underdeveloped private hospitals.I wanted to check Corona only to enter the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.I had no symptoms.Unfortunately, I went to Rak Hospital.And nobody is there to explain to you how to sort patients.Just pay and wait for your turn and check and see and you do not know anything.On the payment counter, I asked someone to explain what was their mechanism and system in dealing with the Corona crisis before I paid.A Somali employee asked to wait in line only to ask questions.Even an employee has not known himself and his job and can be a cleaner.People are lost and have questions and stand in the sun.And they are sitting in the cooled camper.As if you were in a disaster state.Without exaggeration, even the sheep market has a better system.I have read and heard many negative comments and stories about RAK Hospital.It lacks a lot to be called hospital, and staff there to be health care provider.I went there just to test for corona to enter Abu Dhabi.I had no fever or other problems.The first thing they asked for is MONEY. I had questions about triage, screening, segregation of patients, waiting,. areas and the flow pf patients in Corona Pandemic but i did not get answers.I found only nurses who learned only 1 word in their nursing college that is MONEY.and Somalian staff hiding ID, interrupting us during our conversation.and who could be just cleaning staff. People not introducing themselves, their positions, interfering with everything.we have been in many private hospital, but this is not recommended.Money before treatment & service ?? !!.Is it Massage center ?? !!Really shameI wonder what would they to family bringing patient in cardiac arrest.Pay before CPR ?? !!.The whole place was looking like cattle market in 3rd world countryStaff were wearing full PPE and setting in air conditioned caravans while people are standing in queue in unshed area for payment.Only sister Suzana voluntarily helped me later in the process of registration and explained to me the flow chart of symptomatic & asymptomatic patients. Thanks to her .. There is problem from top of pyramid down to bottom.There are links missed in the care of patients. staff have no specific roles and no attitudes or communication skillsstaff take roles of others.Generally, not recommended, try nearby Saqr hospital even for emergency condition.

No respect of appointment timing, staff is always misleading. I would recommend this hospital if you have cough and fever only, never go with this hospital for other diseases, better look for a specialized hospitals specially for gynacology, it's completely a mess.

Dreadful place. Tourists in RAK arrived with a child with fever. After an initial check they asked us if we live in UAE and we denied but said we are privately insured. They send us away saying they only treat residents even if you pay cash. First you should always help, second they could have asked at arrival and not let us wait first

Physiology dept is a joke! Good thing it’s covered by insurance. They put electrodes, leave them on for 20 mins ,they leave u in the room alone, they come back, maybe do 5 min massage or ultrasound and you’re on your way. It’s like a factory outlet. Shameful!

Best Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah.. The doctors, nursing staff and the management surely keeping it upto the mark. I was in the hospital for a small surgery couple of days back, the way staff and doctor took care of me was super amazing. Thanks to Dr. Madhusudan, for taking special care and a successful surgery. Lastly but not the least, credit goes to the management and nursing staff for the best of the services and excellent paitent care.

Highly Recommended ! One of the best hospitals in UAE. I never received such outstanding service in dubai or sharjah hospitals even. They charge high but serve with quality and intelligence. Thumbsup to the emergency team, who gave me full attention till i was relieved from pain. Thank you!

The hospital is well decorated and its management is excellent. Only one person and the most important person is not fit to be in this place. And the health of the doctor and surgeon must be withdrawn, even though he is a surgeon for the most important member of the human body, which is Mr. Arun Goyal.

The hospital in general provides good service. Good doctors and very good service.I only experience bad service with the one who do valet parking, i was leaving the hospital and waiting for him to bring my car, at this time the doctor called me again to clarify something at this time my car arrived and i told him the doctor wanted to see me again, then he shouted very rude saying why you didn't say from beginning!!! I said i didn't know!!I never expected such attitude from high quality service place

Some doctors are very good and others are normal.. I had bad experience with gynecological section, the receptionist is very bad, she is not organized, i waited for more than one hour and when i checked my name she put my id aside..On the other hand they are very annoying with adv sms.. And in very bad timing

Very bad experience with Rak hospital. I took may mother for her chest checkup and caugh. The doctor on duty Mr. Dr Vikram have asked to have a few tests. Which I have did and took all the test results to Dr. Vikram for further prescription or atleast give a feedback on the test results. But unfortunately I was very disappointed with his attitude. He checked the result and not given any feed back on it and when I ask him to prescribe me with some medicine, he said she is okay I can't prescriped you. Atleast the doctor can give us a positive feedback on the test result if their is no chest problem. But their is chest issues with her that's why I took my mother to Rak hospital.
