I highly recommend Prime Hospital and Dr. Usha as she is very professional and caring. I gave birth to a baby girl via C section and i thank Dr. Usha to take care of the same. from the 1st consultation itself she made a strong belief that everything will go smooth and nothing to worry, that was the main confidence we can get. Doctor given her whatsapp no to clear any doubts and she responded quickly as well. She is a very positive person.

I was so happy and lucky that one of my Dr. Recommend me to Dr.Usha Kiran,she doing great and she explained clearly the procedure for laparoscopic hysterectomy.8 hrs before the operation I was fasting just to make it sure that theirs no any complication during surgery,and 3 hrs before surgery they will do blood, anesthesia andeand test.they wat to make it sure that your body is in good condition before they giving anesthesia.Before the operation Dr.Usha greet me with smile and to feel me that everything will be okay.after operation I was stay in the recovery room juts to make it sure that everythings fine ,before they bring me in the private room. Afterfew hours after my surgery the nurse ask me to during some water so I can recover fast and the next day I feel more better and I can feel my wounds inside will heal more fast because of the medicines she prescribed. Thank you so much Dr. Usha .

First of all i whole heartedly thank the whole team (the doctor and the nurses) of Prime Hospital Dubai Prelabour and Labour Gyne department and also Prime Medical Centre Ajman for your wonderful hospitality and service.As the name is "Prime Hospital & Medical Centre" it religiously gives "PRIME" importance to all its patients (in & out) and treat them with utmost care, concern and love. I have never experienced such a lovely gesture like Prime. I thank Doctor Nadia Shariff ( Specialist Gyne- Ajman Medical Centre) for her continuos follow up on my wife's pregnancy tenure, also boosting my wifes confidence throughout and her timely guidance on each and every stage with utmost care and patience. She is "THE BEST DOCTOR". Thank you the supporting nurse staff Fauzia for her folow up on our appointments and updates, your support is also commendable.We really recommend PRIME as the best hospital and medical centre you can really rely on.

I had to undergo a complex laparoscopic procedure and Dr.Usha Kiran was forthcoming and communicated the details clearly after listening to our concerns which is a very important trait to put us in ease before the procedure. She has got more than 25 years of experience and we felt in good hands. I would highly recommend her as one of the best in UAE.

I gave birth via Caesarian Section on the 18 of July 2020. I’m really thankful to my OB-Gyne Dr. Usha for looking after me and giving me the highest standard of care from prenatal care , day of delivery of my beautiful little girl until our discharge from the hospital. I am really happy and would highly recommend her.

I must say that Dr. Usha Kiran is the best doctor I have come across. She is very professional and her smile makes you feel very comfortable. After delivery my baby was a bit unwell and I was very tensed. On knowing this she came to meet me and spoke with me which made me feel a lot better. It was very nice of her and I really liked her sweet gesture. My husband and me are really thankful to Dr. Usha Kiran for her care and support.

Ver bad service. Today, i faced a very bad experience at prime hospital. I booked an appointment for my son and arrived 7 minutes before the scheduled appointment. When i arrived at the registration department, there was a queue and when it was my turn the registration officer informed me that the doctor left. No one from the hospital called me to check whether i arrived at the hospital or if i had decided to cancel the appointmet. This is a very bad service since this is an important matter considering a patient's health which should be taken more seriously and considerately. Thank you.

Dr usha kiran is a loving, caring and a smart doctor. Had my laparoscopic hysterectomy with her for adenomyosis.Everything was good with the surgery. She is very friendly and puts the patient at comfort and ease. Thrilled with her care and I feel That a she is excellent doctor and a surgeon. She is very prompt and quick in answering patients PO queries as well. Highly recommend her for the ladies looking for surgeries.

Dr. Usha was recommended by my first OB and I met her for the first time two days before my delivery. She has been very accommodating. Upon my delivery, I was hoping for normal delivery however due to their findings that my baby has already passed stool, I was advised to do an emergency CS. It was my first surgery and I am quite scared but I felt secured with Dr. Usha. The surgery went well and I am happy that my baby and I had safe delivery. I highly recommend Dr. Usha and Prime Hospital.

Happened to see the Gynecologist there for my wife. Surprised to see Prime is keeping such Dr's in their hospital. She is clueless about her domain. This is first time we had such a bad experience @ Prime. We will look for better Gynecologist elsewhere.

Our sincere thanks for Dr. Sanjay Bhat of urology department. I underwent a major surgery and he was indeed the best surgeon for the procedure. The hospital has good facilities and entire staff ensured a smooth process, from diagnosis to treatment. Highly recommended!

I was aware I needed to have a surgery for my fibroids since 2 years but kept postponing. After I consulted Dr. Usha Kiran FRCOG Consultant OBGY, it seemed like a seamless task and I decided to have my surgery. All procedures were taken care of super fast. On the day of surgery, Dr Usha figured that I dint have fibroids but infact had Adenomyotic Nodule. She performed a laproscopic surgery and dealt with the Nodule. I have now fully recovered and all my follow up checks up were smooth as well. She made it all very easy and convenient and never have I ever met a Dr who is more connected with her patients. She is always a text away and that puts my mind at ease. Her positivity and smile are contagious!

It’s a late post but never too late for a positive feedback .. I had my ACL reconstruction done in Prime Hospital, Al Garhoud and my consulting doctor was Dr.Aseem Shaikh. The very reason, I decided to do the surgery was because of his advice and his approach towards my case it gave me a sense of confidence & trust that my knee would be way better after the surgery.I spent 2 days in hospital about 6-7 months of therapy and exactly after a year now , I walk about 4K a day and jog for 2K.My knee feels better and what feels more good is the freedom of running without any glitch anymore .Thank You Dr. Aseem Shaikh and Prime Hospital!!

Don't bother doing your COVID test here. they charge you 389/- AED and make you wait for over an hour for it. Excuses like "system is down", "test has to be brought from the lab" etc. are constantly given.There is a single over worked nurse doing more than she can while two staff other staff were chatting away instead of helping with administrative support.Disappointed!

Very poor service if in case you visit the hospital without an appointment. I went to do the full body check up and the guy in the counter asked me to meet the Internal medicine specialist - he suggested the doc for an easy get in-get out. They kept me waiting almost 1.30 hours saying we are attending the booked patients. I have no problem they attending the booked patients, Why keeping others wait when you have enough booked patients?!Icing on the cake - terrible valet parking! "You wait 10 mins or go get your can on your own"Go visit another hospital... There are plenty.

Highly Recommended Doctor. I met Doctor Usha from the second trimester of the pregnancy based on the reviews from the same website and it was the best decision me and my husband took. Being my first pregnancy and the health issues I was having, my earlier gynaecologist was not very informative in explaining the issues which led to increasing our worries. But the first time we met doctor Usha, the way she explained my health condition, what I can do to improve my health reduced majority of our worries. Her positive outlook also gave us confidence that I still have chances of normal delivery which came true and I delivered my baby normally. One of the best doctors and would recommend to all.

Professional and caring doctor.My name is Wilna. And I had Dr.Usha who is helping me during my second pregnancy and she was reccomended by Dr Geanie from Prime Medical Clinic in Deira. I had my natural birth on my second pregnancy. I would say my labour time was quicker than the first pregnancy. Dr. Usha really care to her patient.
