Experience with NMC Royal hospital was overall good , as I chose Dr Asma for my first pregnancy .she is very nice and calm and always guided me well. Allhamdolillah I went through normal delivery and delivered healthy baby on 13th August 2020. Staff and Nurses were very nice but during labour the temperature of labour room and delivery room was very cold which increase discomfort and pain during birth. The room and room services all were good I recommend this hospital and special thanks to Dr Asma Nasir.

I visited NMC DIP for my Liposuction 360 and BBL.I met Dr. Abizer Kapadia who is certified plastic surgeon. I was initially planning to perform my lipo in India. But after meeting Dr. Abizer i felt very comfortable, he is very patient and answered all my questions. His suggestion was good to perform BBL as well. I performed my surgery on 16th June and was in NMC DIP for 1 day. Entire team was very caring post procedure. Co-ordinator and nurse Chetna was also very efficient. She was constantly in touch with me before and after. I am already loving my results and looking forward for my final results which usually takes about 5-6 months.It was absolutely good decision to perform my liposuction and BBL in NMC because i can visit doctor in case of any concern i might have. I visited the hospital today. Really very happy with a customer service staffs and nursing staffs. Clear information about the covid test details and others information and also quick service.. i done 3 times test in other facility but in nmc royal dip i got best service. What a brilliant experience - major thanks go to Ms. Sachitha Suni who provided superior service to me and my son who went to get PCR tests on separate occasions. She went out of her way to help us feel comfortable and made the testing a smooth and comfortable experience. She has answered calls after working hours to ensure that my son had his Covid test report in hand before he travelled. Mr Krishna at the guest relations is also extremely helpful. Thank you very much and please keep it up :-)

The doctor visit was good and timely at 1420 pm,1st floor today 07/09/20.the nurses were all kind and good to us . my main issue was at the laboratory side we found a filipina lady who was very rude,full of ego, arrogant and handled us in a pathetic manner which I have never come across in any uae hospital I have been to for the last 9 years. to us I don't know if she owns part of nmc as she considers most patients she's seeing as trash with her attitude I was frustrated knowing we were on a wheelchair with patient having had surgery a week ago yet she told us to wait in line with the rest ...kindly see this through as she's proving to be quite difficult and might have me never to return to this hospital in a near future.thanks

showed up with body ache and cough, doctor didn’t bother to do any exam and just said “it’s nothing”. (I had COVID) Farmacy is extremely slow. One or two people attending out of 9 desks. Be ready to spend long time waiting (45min) . They don’t give you the prescription and you have to wait.

NMC PHARMACY DIPI recommend this pharmacy for the personalised service they are providing to the customers, especially the service provided to me by Miss. Saima was great. I faced an issue for the insurance approval which took a week to clear. Went to do a Covid test in here. Nearly 5 people in the counter. I came first and the reception people are so happy talking each without doing anything. Pray to get a job as a receptionist in DIP branch. Especially a Kerala guy with bald head sitting in the counter. Be frank he thinks he owned NMC!! 🤣🤣🤣.

They fix the appointment but not keeping the timings. Waiting time is more than an hour.. they are wasting the patience time due to their inefficiency. My experience is not only once, many times with majority of the departments, even in the emergency!

Good afternoon folks,The receptionist at the NMC royal hospital clinical laboratory (25/8/2020)last night(a filipina)made me wait for an hour as she misplaced my test appointment slip & forgot about it...very unprofessional ...coz of which...I couldn't attend my scheduled visit with Dr Rastogi suffering fever & nose flow....

We had a very positive experience at NMC Royal DIP. My father required an emergency cervical spine surgery and Dr. Santosh Sharma, Dr. Sudhakar and team made us feel very comfortable through the entire process of such a major surgery. Our experience from admitting my father for the surgery to the 6 days stay for recovery at the hospital was really good. The nurses and all other staff members are kind and understanding. You do feel that they do care for their patients. All the facilities provided at the hospital are really well managed. The cleanliness of the private rooms is well maintained. The food served to the patient has a good variety and surprisingly good taste. We highly recommend NMC Royal DIP.

Another awesome physician that I can add my shortlist. Dr Mehmet Urumdas who is cardiologist is very competent. I have seen him two times and I can say that he makes the care of his patients his first concern. Also his professional knowledge and skills are up to date. I highly recommend him.
