移民體檢，櫃檯，量體重那的小姐們真的都臉臭到不行，像欠你們錢一樣，我因為澳洲指定這家體檢，去過4次，4次都一樣服務超差超不專業，臉跟眼睛都長頭上，真的建議不要到這體檢，沒去過醫院能差成這樣!就屬台安健檢，其他部門不會 只有健檢部

The slowest and least streamlined hospital experience I’ve ever had in Taiwan. Had to fill out a first-time patient information form at an unmanned counter next to the juice bar/bread shop. Not sure if all departments here don’t use card scanners to check in to your appointment, but another patient in the waiting room noticed that I was utterly confused by the unreactive digital signboard when I stuck my NHI card in it and told me to just knock on the doctor’s door to let her know that I was there. The doctor was fluent in English, which was helpful. Dunno why it took the nurse more than 15 minutes to return my NHI card to me after I had finished my appointment: I wasn’t prepared to be at the hospital for an hour for what should have taken at most 30 minutes. And they don’t accept credit cards for transactions under NT$10,000. (Yes, four zeros.) Never coming here again.

At the first visit, you must check your blood pressure, height, and weight. The registration window misleads that the home doctor who walks through is good before you go to the outpatient clinic. The home doctor also has equipment but you need to use it yourself. The check list says the measurement at the outpatient report on the 2nd floor. I waited for a while and decided to go to the 2nd floor to take a look, but the signboard didn’t say where to go to the outpatient clinic, so I didn’t know where to go. I found it after looking for it. My number 23 was displayed when I arrived at the outpatient clinic, but the staff said Even if I passed the number, I asked if I had to wait for a few more hours and I didn’t know. As a result, I waited for more than 2 hours and the number jumped to number 40 before I came to me... Someone waiting next to me said that I would pay back after I asked. How long will it take to go to the counter to get my information in...I think it is forgotten = = It is a good doctor to give one more star
