They have had to intervene my father privately and the service has been ... pathetic.7 hours of waiting without receiving a single call from anyone, even having my contact phone.I find out that my father comes out of the operation because when he comes out he takes his phone and calls me.They did not call me even when he left the operation.It is 8:00 p.m. and the doctor has not yet called me to explain what he has done and how everything has turned out. Horrible experience.

I wanted to thank all the emergency personnel received yesterday (27-02) for assistance: paramedics, assistants, nurses and doctors, after having a bike accident against a vehicle in the international field area. The attention was great from the first moment, very close, at all times I felt sure of being in good hands, thank you very much everyone!

Third world hospital, waiting for 4 hours or more if you can avoid it would be the best, and if there is no choice, arm yourself with a lot of patience and expect the worst, because if it is serious bad if you end up here. In Congo they serve you better and before.

Bad service. All the doctors were really agressive and not nice, exept only one man. The transelators are rude and angry. My sister was in a lot of pain because of a kidneystone. They gave her painkillers, and she said they did not work and asked for another painkiller. They sai they had to wait for the doctor, and thats understandable. But they came in to give her more of the one that did not work. She then tell them politely that she did´nt want it because it did not help, and then they were angry at her because of that. She was there for several hours in a lot of pain, and the doctor did not come. I understand that its busy, but they gave her a panic attack and then yelled at her for it. Its not her fault that its busy. Also, when you have pasients, you should be nice. Next time I´ll rather go to another hospital, because it was a bit of a horror hospital.

This is a private hospital and you are expected to fund your health care for all those who want to leave Europe,get use to this. This hospital is very efficient friendly and informative, thank you for the service you provided, our bill was being paid by a third party so no issues for us but clean helpful and very good service.

My partner was admitted to the hospital and the truth is that the experience is very unpleasant. It seems that nothing more than to be there, everyone bothers you, you are going to ask something or ask for help and they look at you with a bad face, "now I'm going to see it" and it takes 20/30 min. The most curious thing is that after that half an hour surprised they say "you still have not put the way ?!". The road was lost due to a bad movement and the whole floor of the room was stained with blood ... And there remained remains of blood on the floor until the cleaner came the next day. Enter the auxiliary shift "hello here you have dinner and fast you have to remove the trays" ... Really ???? These cases occur especially with female auxiliaries (and worse night shifts ....). The men and those who are younger are the truth than good and good treatment, but the others seem to be there and do not like to come to talk. Please do not put these people so unpleasant that they bitter the lives of the sick poor (they are bound to be there). I also want to say that the nurses and doctors do an excellent job and every time they appeared they gave us a breath of fresh air, they were attentive and polite (this is how a person is treated).PS: "Nursing assistants" thank you for knowing how this site is. I know where to never go.

During the visit doctor even didn't show interest to see my knee. I told him I suffered a lesion recently and have pain and he said he doesn't feel competent to deal with this topic I should rather go to a traumatologist. He didn't care I have to wait to see a traumatologist at least a month! You pay for the visit and a doctor in such a big hospital says he doesn't feel competent to attend you. He even didn't say if there is an inflammation or not. I have been with basic injuries to general practicioners before in a private hospital in another city and they never mind to see the injured part, check the range of movements, inflammation etc. If the patient takes time, pays, comes and have pains, is it not the obligation for a doctor to help?

I am very happy with the San Roque Meloneras hospital. I have been operated twice at the San Roque Meloneras hospital and the result of the operation and the treatment received by the staff has been spectacular. Now I'm on a mammogram of my wife and they have been punctual. I am very happy with this hospital since it is very complete

I have received tremendous care here following a fall whilst on holiday that resulted in a double fracture of my right ankle. The staff are extremely pleasant and competent and if there are any problems with the language barrier there are translators readily at hand. The doctors are fantastic. Huge thanks to Dr Dr La Torre and his team for his splendid care. Muchas Gracia's a todos!!
