I highly recommend the doctor, he treated me for a cellulitis in the ear. I was in a lot of pain, I could not even examine myself. Even without an appointment because I went, urgently. He could accommodate me between appointments. He is fine and attentive in his deal, he explained everything to me and he also detected that I had an allergy in my ears, that is why the problems continued. He gave me comprehensive treatment and improved the next day (when he had been in pain for two days) and told me to take care of my anxiety, to avoid a crisis.Thank you Doctor for always being so prepared.

Dr. Lumban seemed in a hurry to get to the next patient after i waited close to 2 hours for him after having an appointment. when i was able to see him he didn't pay attentionto what i had to say and jumped to his own conclusion without doing any studies apart from looking into my ear with just a flashlight. two weeks after following all his recommendations and buying the expensive medicine he prescribed my ear problem is the same. overall he didn't seemed interested in the patients need or what i had to say. he seemed more interested in collecting fees, prescribing expensive medicine and for one to reschedule another appointment.

Super professional, kind, honest and with an excellent service, it is seen thathim if he really cares about your health. I went to three different doctors here in the USA about a strong infection in my left ear, they could not cure me and he did manage to heal me. I recommend them.

I have a very strong problem of allergies and look for a long time the best options and Doctors that could help me. I read Dr. Lumban's "reviews" and decided to make an appointment (in early December). Schedule days at my work, book hotel (since I do not live in Tijuana and I come from Los Angeles) Exactly 5 hours of driving. Today Monday 1/21/19 - I spoke to confirm my appointment and re-affirm that on Friday I would see the Doctor - to find out that they had scheduled a surgery ... I explained my situation and simply the reseptionist told me " Well, they scheduled a surgery ... "I asked him if he could take care of another Doctor and he was simply a" no ... he's not the only one ". My annoyance is that now, I'll have to look for another option, and look if they can attend us on Friday! If that is not the case - will I have to wait a month again? It's not fair! When they scheduled the surgery did not it occur to them to call the patients and tell them about the situation? Really really bad !!
