I hate this hospital 3 injections to deflate and a blood study 11 thousand pesos never in my life will I go there again, be careful before doing anything ask yourself the cost and to be charged for sitting or even for breathing. Keep an eye out. Health sector do something for this type of hospitals why they charge as they want and nobody tells them anything, it is a tremendous scam.

Although we never expect to be in a hospital, if I had to be in one I wish it were in one like this. The rooms for the patients look like a hotel. Very clean and comfortable. In the lower part you will find good food and coffee options for those who have to reveal or spend several days there. Excellent treatment of specialists.

I do not consider myself a woman who seeks or makes problems ... I am not a specialist in the health area either ... however, I do not need to be a specialist to report contamination due to lack of cleanliness in the corridors of the third floor of the hospital San José (I mention the 3rd floor because I did not give myself the task of reviewing the other floors).Six months ago I was on the same floor and now that I'm back, there's exactly the same evidence of dirt.It is already implausible to use a carpet in a hospital; for everyone is known the amount of virus that protects a carpet ....Yesterday I got to complain to the hospitality department ... I did it with a question ...: "Tell me what antibiotic will you administer to my husband so he can fight the amount of bacteria that are lodged in the corridors of the 3rd floor? "I wonder: where is the supervision? Where is the monitoring of the elementary standards of health that must comply with Public or Private Health institutions? (In this case we are talking about a private health institution of great renown in our city Hospital San José that also has the support of the TEC of Monterrey to give more reliability).I went on two occasions to raise the complaint ... on the first occasion Miss Fátima decided to give me two sheets with an endless number of lines to raise my complaint ... and be able to notify the cleaning department or supervisor so thatto solve it ... 😩😩😩😩🙈🙈🙈 for God! That problem, at least those "evidences" have at least six months that do not put hand!The first instruction of these full line sheets says:"You must provide the date on which the events occurred, in which area of the establishment occurred and a clear narration of what happened" ... By God, it is enough to look down and OBSERVE ... !!!!! Continue the questionnaire ... Date ??? I do not want not to imagine it ... 😞😞😞The next question :"How can we improve your experience? 😢😂🙈 I do not know whether to laugh or cry ... I think even an elementary school kid can give these BASIC suggestions ...It is important to clarify the second time I went to the same apartment the young Rodrigo Báez took care of me, a young man who listened very attentively, offered to change our apartment, in less than half an hour two people were "trying" to hide the evidence and we were on another floor " carpet "....Later I went to thank this young man for having acted; However, I told him that this complaint was not only for my husband ... but for all the patients who are hospitalized in these conditions and with these imminent risks.Before I finish I want to clarify that the attention and professionalism of the staff is very good and I fully understand that in their hands (doctors and nurses) is not solve this serious problem in the facilities of the institution.Hoping that this serious problem is solved soon for the good of both patient who comes with much economic sacrifice to this hospital hoping to find better conditions than in public hospitals and with the sole objective of recovering their health.Imelda González(This space did not allow me to copy photos .. but I have photographic evidence ... although surely after Rodrigo expressed my comments some people looked at the floor)

Impossible to communicate by telephone to their services. in all from emergencies to radiology and laboratory responds an insensitive and cold recording: WAIT WHILE YOUR CALL IS TRANSFERRED, and then continue: THIS NUMBER DOES NOT ANSWER. And so on all menu alternatives including "... if you have an emergency ...If this is a reflection of the overall performance of the BUSINESS, the sample button does not help them.
