The doctors and nurses are very attentive to the patient but those who are at the entrance do not give information to the family and do not let anyone in

Very good service, they treated me super well including the gynecologist, assistants or nurses and students, each one of them explained my doubts to me and treated me with delicacy and most of them were very young but they are very dedicated to their work, seriously all of them are beautiful 😊 ( except the box lady)

Hospital de la Familia has excellent specialist and general practitioners. Their prices do not compete with any other hospital in the city.

I would like to thank Dr. Marco Sariñana, Maritza, Carlo B. and all Nursing Staff including the driver Roxanne during my stay here. The hospital was able to accommodated me with my meals since I'm a no meat eater. That was an A-plus for me. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and that they could communicate with me. Even those that didn't speak English they used translate apps. The hospital cleanliness was A+. The beside manners of Dr. Sariñana was phenomenal. I was treated well by nurses even after my surgery. They helped me shower which was kind of hard for me to do the morning after surgery. Maritza was awesome, she went in the hotel to take care of my reservation so i didn't have to get out. She made sure I was settled in my room. She put my personal things in reach so I didn't have to bend over. She checked on me regularly. Even when i became nauseous she went out and purchased me some nausea meds along with liquids to drink so that i wouldn't get dehydrated. Any questions or concerns I had she would follow up in a timely manner. I will be returning between February and March 2021 for the final procedure. Anyone that is looking for services in mexico, look no further. Hospital del la familia is the best place to consider.

If I were more fluent in Spanish, I could have understood a bit better about what was going on, but that is no fault of the hospital. he staff did their best to speak English to me and they were more than hospitable.

I had a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Gaspar, and the results are fantastic. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, and administrators were so great. The care I received at Family Hospital was definitely five star!!!! I also want to thank Carlo and Maritza for being so great!!!

I had surgery here 7/2020. I spent one night here and all the female nurses that helped me were absolutely amazing! HOWEVER In the morning before I left I had a male nurse and while giving me my medication through the IV he was putting in the medication too fast that my hand starting turning red and I had severe pain, I told him and he said “thats normal” and ignored me! None of the previous nurses caused me any discomfort !! He clearly did not care. That was a very disappointing end to this experience. But to all the girls I thank you.

Do not come to this hospital for a tubal reversal with dr llamas. I was told that I had no left tube or ovary. They gave me a report saying it had been removed during my initial tubal ligation surgery. He only attached my right side. When I can back to the state I had an ultrasound and long and behold there my left ovary was. It had never been removed. When I told Carlo and Maritza they said they would talk with the doctor. Carlo spoke with him and the doctor changed everything he had said before. They are liars and when I asked for a partial refund because he did not attempt my left side according to his surgery report they would not give me anything. I regret going to this place. They act like they care but it’s only for the money. I will continue to tell everyone I know and come across on social media and anywhere else to never use them. It’s not worth being lied to. His report clearly says that my organs were missing and were removed in the previous surgery. After my surgery I asked him was he sure and he said yes. This was completely false! I give this hospital 0 stars.

I went for cosmetic surgery, and had a fantastic experience. From being driven to and from San Diego, the wonderful staff, and especially Maritza going out of her way to be there for me through the entire process. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Carlo was amazing! He made sure I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. There was always someone at the hospital who spoke English, and everyone there made my stay comfortable. Carlo even checked up on me once I was home through my recover several times. I will admit I was scared at first about leaving the US to have the surgery but I’m so glad I did it!

Bad experience ... apparently they do not respect the method of sitas and feel that their time is more valuable than that of others., The facilities although from the reception are of an appropriate level they lack logistics in the area of radiology as well as cleaning and hygiene.The photos may not show how dirty the dim light is perceived.

It was a very good experience very nice I had a surgery with Dr. Gaspar 100% recommended from the moment you enter you get your room everything is very friendly staff I was surprised at the good customer service until the last day you leave! Very nice nurses treat you super well. They bathe you with care, they treat you with delicacy. I recommend a thousand times. Pure any procedure this hospital and Dr. Gaspar!

I had a full hysterectomy last month at Hospital de la Familia. I feel like a new person! The hospital was very nice with private rooms, even my husband was able to stay with me! All of the nurses were super sweet and helpful. Maritza was a joy to work with and made the whole process very easy. Muchas Gracias Dr Llamas and staff! So grateful to have found you 🙏😊
