Unprofessional and poor service. I would not use this clinic if you value your time.I had booked an appointment for a specific time. I was told to go wait at a room. I waited 30 minutes and no one was there. I went back to reception and was told to "just wait". I waited and then went back to reception and was given a new room to go to. I went there and knocked on the door. No answer. Knocked again. No answer. I finally went in and the person who should take my blood was surfing the internet doing some shopping. She then said come in and took my blood in under a minute. She has probably been sitting in that room for a while, while I had to use 45 minutes just to find her.

Lyme disease blood test 110 Eur, poorly prescribed 7-day antibiotics, when needed 30 days, counseling indicated incorrect information. It generally called with answers after a month - because "I just got to your file" .. it would be too late in a month. It is good that I went elsewhere and wrote the rest of the course, because it is possible to die while waiting for the results.

So the experience I had here was one of the worst.. I never leave reviews but i thought for the experience I had here I have to tell people about this place. I had my endoscopy, blood tests done here and also a consultation with gastroenterologist The worst out of all this, was the gastroenterologist who seemed like she did not want to help at all, she couldn’t even read the date properly, its like she was lost. This consultation was 80£, spend about 20 min in the room and she didn’t even explain my endoscopy results. No plan, or how should I deal with the problem that Im having. Apparently shes “new” thats the explanation they have given me for the lack of information/explanation Furthermore, the prices are very high in this place, it reminded me more of a bank than a clinic. They are not willing to help you explain you things, this is the worst experience, I ever had....I spend so much money here and Im still confused what actually the results of my endoscopy I came all the way from London, to see doctors here in this clinic, and im so upset about the experience there is just no words.....

Poor service, the administration does not catch, can not provide specific information, as the district patients are told that the physiotherapist consultation is free, then ask for payment when it is provided. Instead of listening to repeat the same thing over the same.In the office, the cashiers work 3, but still have to wait with the baby in hand, because only one accepts, and others do not know what works, but really do not bother to help or accept somehow when the baby screams because he is already tired of waiting. I do not recommend parents with babies to become patients in the area because you will wait 5 times longer in line until the administration understands what is going on than the doctor will see you.

I came to check my eyes because I had an inflammation. Checked in 15min, didn't help anyone, didn't suggest anything, I simply asked to use the lasas to check the bottom of my eyes (they didn't even want to do it or "forgot"). Thanks all the time, I left 105eu. Thank you for your attention

The information provided by the phone turns out to be charged extra, although it is not written anywhere and no one warns you during the call, and the operators are very busy and the money goes awry during the call. It looks like there may be more charging things in this clinic without warning. :(

I made a complaint about an incompetent dermatologist who didn’t have a professional attitude and didn’t provide information about my problem to the clinic and was not offered a refund for a completely useless consultation.

He was at the clinic several times in ophthalmology. From the registry to the doctor, everything is clear and to the point. Yes, some services are more expensive than in clinics in my country (not by the way, by the way), and some are not provided at all. But, for example, an Avastin injection in this clinic is almost 7 times cheaper than ours ...I went to several clinics and only here a doctor named Paulus (I don’t remember his last name) made the correct diagnosis. In the end: they helped me and I am very grateful for this! Thanks a lot!

The staff is polite, but the qualifications of the doctor are poor. I was at the nephrologist, in connection with inflammation of the kidneys, I had to literally pull out the doctor by word of mouth and ask for prescription of antibiotics (you can’t do without them in case of inflammation). The medicine prescribed by the doctor was used during the USSR, and now there are a lot of options for the new generation, but the doctor did not even prescribe any probiotics besides them.

I want to thank doctors Irina Pugacova very much. I've been to her for quite a while. I always got qualified help, the right advice and just one visit to get the issues resolved. I am very glad that I met such a doctor not only as a good specialist but also as a wonderful person. She is very vocal, understanding, sympathetic and psychologically supportive. And all within a short visit time! To meet such people nowadays is rare. I am so glad that I met such a person!
