In June I was operated on for the second time by the orthopedic surgeon Dr. Francesco Iacono, to whom all my esteem goes. Professional, very good and very friendly. Clean, friendly hospital and friendly staff. I recommend it.
Very functional, too long though
Thank you very much Profesor Bottini!Perhaps the words for him are too few to express gratitude to a man of genius like him, very professional and of extraordinary value! With strength and courage, he taught me that life is beautiful and I had to fight for my children! On behalf of myself and my family, I thank you with all my heart!Doctors are our heroes, you are my hero.Thank you for saving my life Professor Bottini! Many thanks to the extraordinary staff of Humanitas
Fanno davvero pena pronto soccorso
Excellent medical health personnel and medical processes. Acceptance a nightmare deserves 1 star (50 minutes): nice staff but IT and administrative processes in total confusion. Is there a (non-health) organization and processes director ???
Polite and very friendly staff, fast and professional, visit done in no time
ROZZANO first aid.I went to the emergency room in ROZZANO for renal colic and correctly at the entrance they classified me as a GREEN CODEAfter the infusion I was much better so I was discharged. To my surprise, 2 days ago I received a call from Humanitas informing me that having been discharged as CODE WHITE I would have to pay 25 €.It is clear that after the treatments a person is better but the request for payment makes me think a lot about the Institute's approach ....... which highlights how it is more oriented to profit at any cost even in situations like this . I congratulate the management for providing these guidelines to staff. Of course, I paid the € 25 as they don't make me rich or poor, but he thought that the Institute should think a lot about how to relate to the public or rather customers !!!
I left the Humanitas hospital a few hours ago and I feel the need to write a review right away.I want to thank the whole B1 department very much starting from Doctor Cozzaglio's team, making my biggest congratulations to the future Doctor Federica who with great competence, kindness, humanity and professionalism always followed me with a smile. A huge thank you especially to Doctor Cozzaglio who even before being a doctor is a caring person who was able to listen to me and answer all my doubts and fears with patience, as well as having shown great professionalism.Later I feel I have to thank the anesthesia team, who are also very good and professional. Finally I want to thank the nurse Fabrizio of the B1 ward, a very good and helpful guy who was close to me even at night, really devoted to his work.Congratulations to all.Nathalie.
I am hospitalized at Humanitas in hematology. I am a patient of Dr. Ubezio, who I personally consider an impeccable professional. He always manages to talk to you in a simple way, giving you a smile. I find the human component extremely fundamental. Obviously the whole department team is prepared and present. As well as all the nursing staff, available and trained. Unfortunately the sore point is the catering service, absolutely not up to par! Times not respected, wrong foods, even sometimes there are no trays rather than cups to drink tea. Here, the coat of arms is such that frankly I expected something very different.
I always go to Humanitas. MY LIFE WAS SAVED IN THE CARDIOLOGY DEPARTMENT. Model hospital in all senses!
LOMBARDIAN HEALTH EXCELLENCE!
Professional, efficient ....
An "absurd" access control service! The health emergency and the distancing have led to the adoption of access rules for which the PATIENT ONLY can enter and not in the ward but in building 2 intended for clinics. So I left my wife outside (walking problems for a knee problem to be examined with X-ray and MRI organized in solvent for the same day and to minimize the discomfort of traveling) and entered for acceptance and payments. Find many people WITHOUT A MASK (including technical staff responsible for painting the escalator area !!!!) .... but .... "ONLY THE PATIENT enters!" , inside "the desert" (also considering the working period) .... however .... "ONLY THE PATIENT enters!" I absolutely agree with the adoption of rules and I respect them in absolute terms, but as long as we are reasonable !! A disservice that "forgets the PATIENT (even if only for minimal aspects of support to the movement). and in fact while waiting outside: never seen so many wheelchairs to carry people .... absurd !!
Today, 27 July 2020, I am going to Humanitas and I discover at the stop that the shuttle is not there, it would have been the case to indicate it on the site. Then the only comfortable ATM bus runs only about every half hour. In Milan great ambitions are always cultivated but we lose ourselves in fundamental things.
Well-trained doctors, well-organized facility right from the parking lot. Always well cleaned. Courteous and trained staff. The only flaw: very long waiting times.
This hospital should represent the maximum of the scientific technical avant-garde combined with skills and humanity, unfortunately it is not so. Having a chronic illness, I went to Humanitas hoping to have found a structure to refer to for the rest of my life, unfortunately I had to change my mind, I had a terrible experience after a colonoscopy (I was forced to get out of bed despite not being able to standing up because "these are our times") and several bad experiences with doctors of the gastroenterology team, in particular a doctor, very rude, surly, know-it-all and rude, I reported my terrible experience to the medical staff and to I haven't had anything to do with the doctor for a while, after a few months I meet her again for a check-up and I am attacked, verbally attacked with very aggressive tones and for absolutely futile reasons that did not depend on my will or my knowledge . I am 21 years old, a chronic illness, constant aches and pains, CLAIMING humanity, respect and education from doctors, should be taken for granted but apparently it is not.The positive notes are the cleanliness of some areas of the structure, the administrative organization that allows the acceptance procedures to be carried out in a few minutes and the huge choice of the bar inside the central building.
