Costly 7k tests done 1700 outside.Gynecologist are not good , I prefer small clinic as compare to Columbia Asia ,because doctor not checking properly, no injection on first visit. Not serious but beware before going there and get wrong consultation.

To,Columbia Asia,Pune teamFirstly to Sneha ( HR associate of Columbia Asia) u r the Angel who made my day on 21st without u thanks for referring me this amazing place , u know when it come to ur life and that to first hospital experience where now people are so scared and not feeling safe anywhere than house but believe m I felt so safe without my family 6 day all alone I can strongly recommend this hospital to all my 1st experience was so healthy with the awesome service ( including laundry and canteen food taste ) so all credit goes to u, i know words can't thank you enough but consider this is my deep thanks to u...Dr. Arun Suradkar sir the man who was treating me form day one ... A big sincere thanks to all Doctors. For providing your best treatment & guidance which really work hard and I m already started feeling a better me hopefully soon will be back to routine also I would love to appreciate the beautiful leady Jasveer, khyati , -- so professional..They wear knowing I was suspected and still they had not even single time made m realize that I m someone different can harm them superb really I can say this is called dedication I should learn from u the real passion also sister Nutan C she was very kind I m simply impressed with her service as I noticed she was having some leg injuries but throughout the night I couldn't even see that pain on her face she was simply focused and enjoying her work.. girls keep up the same enthusiasm.....nutan sister I hope I could meet and appreciate the efforts ur taking beyond the box but I can definitely trust and request ur colleague to pass my words to u bcs I believe appreciations has the magic it can create the wonders...Last but not the least all the staff who help m knowingly unknowingly don't kw the names very sorry but right from HK team to hospital security who are there for us day night thanks a lot team keep up the momentum ... someone very rightly said u are the real Heros today hats off to ur work ... Me my family and entire nation is prying for ur good health just to request u all pls take some little extra care of ur health most important ur family... we all learn "work is worship " at any situations and u all are after god for us are justified that most importantly we need u all... I went expecting a very good hospital and competent staff not to mention a doctor who would be available because a due appointment was taken.After requesting the doctor to not make me, a 90 year old wait, and the doctor having agreed. The resultant experience was beyond horrible.The doctor was unavailable. The staff was uncommunicative, uncaring and not at all concerned with the troubles of a person who has chronic COPD and at 90 should be attended to immediately as committed.To top it all the appointment time taken at 10 am was arbitrarily changed when I complained to the staff present I was told to take it up with customer care. Not only have I decided never to step into this hospital ever again, it is now my personal business to tell each every soul I know to never use this hospital again. I am not surprised to know that I am not alone in this experience, anyone who wants to know the reality of this horror house of a hospital must speak to the people of Athashri Pune for more sordid details. Very bad experience, they just want to get money from you.. treatment is secondary..My father went to eyes section, after making him visit for 3 time and inspite of having insurance they were asking for money every time and saying it's not covered in insurance..Checked in another hospital they just ask for 10K for all procedure where as Columbia Asia people asked for 15k out of insurance and they were also taking 35K out of insurance

Columbia Asia has always been our family hospital. I am grateful that we reside near to such a customer centric and cordial hospital.Recently my mother was admitted in the hospital for her knee surgery. Whole team of Columbia asia was very helpful. In such a situation of pandemic we were scared but things were taken care properly. Special thank you to Mr Abhijeet Dhumal for helping us so much for making our entire experience at the hospital seamless. The staff especially the Customer Service (Balaji) is extremely polite and very helpful .All the doctor’s especially Dr. Abhishek Zanwar and Dr. Pratibha Patil are extremely helpful. The best part is that both of them diagnosed our problem very Early. The most important thing in healthcare is early Diagnosis

We had Ms. Shailee helping us for my father's physiotherapy. Although it wasn't a physical/ in person session she helped us through video call. And overall experience was very satisfying. My father has had lot relief through this session and exercises advised by Ms. Shailee. She was very professional and other customer care personnel who helped us in appointment and coordinations were equally helpful and thorough professionals. Thank you Columbia Asia team for helping patients in this pandemic situation also.

I was hospitalized for 8 days in Columbia Asia Hospital.. Amazing experience with everyone there... Came to hospital with lots of health issues and going with smiling face.. Tons of Thanks to Dr Arun Suradkar.. True Gem of this Hospital.. Really appreciating his efforts.. Even Sunday, he personally attended patients..he makes sure that everything is going good with his patients...I highly recommend Dr Arun Suradkar if anyone need any medical help.. Special thanks to Latika and Yogesh from Insurance Desk..This guys handled my Insurance things so nicely.. Special thanks to all..God bless u guyz..💐.. Love u all ... I was highly impressed when Dr Suradkar sd Taking Care of Patients is not a job.. it's a service..what an amazing doctor.. I also would like to thanks Dr Vibhute and Dr Harshal Rajekar.. We visited Columbia Asia Hospital for my Wider delivery and I wold like to share my review.Columbia Asia hospital has excellent infrastructure and very good Maintainence and they are very strictly followings COVID 19 guidelines which I appreciate the most.Customer care executives especially Balaji was very helpfull in admission, allotment of room and other quiries we have.We were little sacred due to COVID 19 situation but Dr. Rushali Jadhav gave us greate courage especially interns of delivery.Columbia Asia has excellentdoctors and staff who helped us in all ways during the stay.Cashier Prem Rajput helped me in understanding the bill and payment details and insurance claim and related queries.All together without a doubt Columbia Asia is the best hospital.One point to be considered for those who want to admit .Please get clear understanding of insurance claims.Like total amount of the package and what this total amount which comes under insurence and what amount does not come under insurence. If total amount is 1lakh and total insurence amount is 80kThan claim will be given only for 80k. Please consider this .
