My dad got admitted to hospital on the previous day of Onam (30th Aug 2020) But the service at the hospital was seamless despite being short of staff due to Onam. Service of all the doctors (Gastroenterology) and nurses (Aster angels) was top notch. Special thanks to the Food department (Esp. Nawaz, Sebin, Sreekuttan) for the delicious and healthy food served on time.

Gynecology department is not perfect. I did visit aster kochin September 5th 2020 with my infant. My appointment was on 12.30But even after 3 hours I am waiting here.Irresponsible staff. Never ever I will go to this hospital

Doctors do a great job in diagnosing and treatments, Nurses, the guardian Angels , takes care of you and always polite. They makes sure you are well. The bystander is more or less for doing the paperworks😄Food and beverages dept are also perfect, they get what you want in front of you. (Nishil, mumthaz, ajitha, Robin- good ppl) There is one thing which bothered me is the time it takes to shift you to the room . It's long. But understandable they got to clean and sanitize it. And regarding the parking space. they charge you for parking! which is odd because...... why???

Overall experience had been pretty positive. My family member was admitted for 4 days. Getting room and the admission process was not so smooth. But once admitted everything was seamless. We were on insurance plan, so not commenting on cost. Your first time visit will be challenging as sign boards are not so legible and it's hard to find where you got to go
