Very poor quality of service and care, despite exorbitant fees. My wife had gynecological exams which assumed she was walking between the 2 exams. But, for the sake of profitability, they were chained, which partially skewed the results. 240 € for 5 minutes, without even an explanation from the doctor, too eager to follow up a new consultation and who leaves the examination room even before my wife has been able to get dressed. Deplorable. We will not be returning. And, we hope, neither can you. Long live the public hospital!

Une horreur!!!!! Les moustique de partout Chaleur assurée une catastrophe .Certe c’est très jolie mais lorsque l’on voit une infirmière incapable de mettre une perfusion on se pose des questions . On peut toujours courir pour avoir une infirmière la nuit c’est horrible !Epuis ça ne vaut pas du tout son prix !

If I could I would give zero. We thought for a long time that this was a good hospital because of the ease of getting appointments, the cleanliness of the place and the smiles of the doctors. Until my mother-in-law was swindled to the detriment of her health and risking her life more than 30 thousand euros.She spent more than a month in the hospital for cancer and it was only when she returned to a public hospital that we realized that during this time the American hospital was not giving the right doses of chemo drugs. And all this for what? Extend your stay of course !!! At 1000 € per night without counting the acts they are capable of the worst !!!At this price they give you all the smiles and kindness possible and maintain a beautiful foreign clientele on purpose since at the end of it they are pie meat doubled with a money pump.Pay attention to the morals of the doctors who work there. Their actions would have deserved a trial. But we are too busy fighting for life and they continue their business of death with impunity. A piece of advice even if you can afford it if you want to flee !!. I don't know what oath the doctors who work there sign, but it's closer to Hypocrite than Hippocrates. Thanks to google for giving the opportunity to unmask robbers. And thanks to the hospital communication for having the decency to refrain from pasting his usual apology message on my post.

Shame on our health system!I experienced a situation that was at least deplorable !!!! at the COVID-19 screening center at the American hospital in NeuillyAt a time when the health situation is worrying or Physical distancing is one of theimportant barrier gestures to respect to protect yourself from Covid-19.I went to this hospital for a screening before resuming my activity according to the recommendations of the ARS since I am a doctor.The reception was completely at odds with the health situation. Patients had to wait their turn confined together in a room without ventilation and without distancing as recommended.There were 12 of us in this room. Worse still, during this wait, the person in charge of the reception who was moreover unpleasant and uninviting locked us in the said room to preserve the identity of a newcomer (VIP?)What a concern to the detriment of the health of several people.This situation is unacceptable, lamentable, even scandalous!Is it normal that the risk is more increased in a screening center ... which in my opinion was a suitable place for a cluster.

I came to see a gynecologist, Dr Lepage in the American Hospital of Paris for two reasons. First, the hospital seemed a good and professional establishment, second, they did a lot of ads on their gynecology department which made me believe that I would have a good care here. When I arrived, the reception was good, the hospital seemed well equipped, everything seemed fine. But the doctor (the most important thing in a hospital!!!) was without doubt one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. I think if Dr Lepage would be as interested in his patients as in his well shaved beard, the hospital would need less ads to get new patients. He was not interested in my problem, he did not respond to my mails after the consultation (even though he told me that I can contact him for urgent matters). Not professional and definitely not trustworthy. I thought I would have a better experience in this hospital.

Gynecology to flee !!!! I came for an appointment with Dr Julien Lepage and I had a terrible experience. This “doctor” was absolutely horrible. Impatient, rude, inhuman and above all incompetent.The "consultation" was sloppy, Dr. Lepage never looked me in the eye, he did not seek treatment and he was clearly only there to cash his check. To flee!!!!!

I was at the American Hospital for an appointment with the gynecologist Dr. Julien Lepage. I don't know who this gynecologist thinks he is, but we have to come down to earth. A gynecologist must reassure and explain as much as possible, especially if it is a first pregnancy. Simply disastrous!

I had a very bad experience with one of their gynecologists, Dr Lepage. He didn't like my husband's presence during the consultation, he seemed disinterested in our problem, and was very expeditious. A quick, inefficient and expensive consultation. I will not be returning to this hospital.

If you are looking for a hotel that does care, go your way. An incompetent team, zero followed the progress of care with the family. Disappearance of personal property in the rooms. Professor Vedrine is a disgrace for the profession. Empathy close to nothing. He is so sure of what he has learned that he does not recognize his mistakes. In short, I advise against it to all my relatives and the most incredible is that they already knew it.

My mum was on her death bed with a very serious case of internal bleeding, the doctors did emergency surgery and saved her life. Thank you!!I think it’s very disappointing to see people here complaining about the wait time, doctors are not waiters... they do their best where they can. You should appreciate their help rather than be upset with having to wait. You’re lucky to be in such a great hospital.

I received an agreement from the Multidisciplinary Center for Prenatal Diagnosis of the American Hospital 3 years ago for a DPN. Serene, so I started a pregnancy that took a long time to happen. Currently pregnant with almost 9 SA, the CPDP tells me to revert to the agreement that had been given to me. Professor Munnich in particular was audacious during a teleconsultation. It started 1 hour late, and the professor ended it after only half an hour, saying to me, I quote: "A real patient is waiting for me. You have nothing." In addition, he did not even seem to have taken the time to study my file, asking me questions on points already covered in my file.I am scandalized at such comments, such contempt and lack of consideration by patients.
