Bad experience! They canceled my surgery last minute with no explanation, just texted me at 10: 3o at night when my surgery was at 7:00 am the next day, they said because of personal issues I had to take a flight and leave, when i made this trip just for this surgery, and even changed my flight because they said it was necessary, not even for courtesy they gave me back the $ 300 i would payed to reserve this date i will never go back to him, never cancel with out an explanation they should have more professional ethics, if this is how they treated me before surgery i could imagine how they would treat me after. They canceled my surgery at the last minute without explanation, they sent me a text message at 10:03 in the evening when my surgery was at 7:00 am the next day, they told me that due to personal problems in Gustavo Almanzar I had to take a flight and leave, when I made this trip just for this surgery, and they even told me to change my flight for more then it was an extra expense for me apart from all unnecessary exam, to come and cancel me in less than 8 hours when I was already sleeping psychologically prepared for my big day, not even for courtesy I returned the $ 300 I paid to reserve this date, I will never go back with him, I as a doctor also never treat my patients in such a way they should have more ethics professional because if that's how they treated him Before the surgery, I could imagine how they would have treated me later.
