My sme boli s manželom v Brne 2x. Prvý krát sme začali cyklus Ivf koncom mája. Získali sme 1 embryo Ačkovej kvality ako sa vyjadril Dr. Frgala, žiaľ embryo sa neujalo. Po porade zo strany Dr. Frgalu nám bol doporučený soft Ivf. Výsledkom bolo, podľa 5 minútového rozhovoru s doktorkou,ktorá zrealizovala odber, že mám nekvalitné vajíčka a ze boli celé deformované. Hneď mi odporúčala aby sme sa objednali na konzultáciu ohľadom ivf s darovanymi vajíčkami. Poznamila mi to bez problémov v čase keď bola so mnou na izbe ďalšia pacientka!! Navyše som musela po jej vyjadrení čakať hodinu a pol v tej istej miestnosti s tou istou pacientkou. Cítila som sa neskutočne sklamaná len ťažko som zadrziavala slzy. Jediná milá tam bola sestra, ktorá sa ma snažila upokojiť. Pred odchodom sme s manželom chceli absolvovať rozhovor s Dr. Frgalom, no vyjadrenie sestričky na recepcii, že na nás nemá čas nás dorazilo.Požiadali sme o vrátenie peňazí. Za mňa je klinika veľkým sklamaním.

The most important thing is: the therapy helped! To the heart of the matter, I would recommend fertility treatment at Unica Clinic. And much more. I would also like to thank our doctors for personal care. I've heard that some doctors only talk to their patients for 10 minutes, but it's different in Klinik Unica. They welcomed us very warmly and Doctor Frgala dedicated us to our needs and thoroughly discussed all procedures, therapies and matters with us. He was very understanding and answered all of our questions. We felt that he was listening, and we were not laughed at or dismissed. This care cannot be obtained from doctors in the usual clinic. And that's the reason why I am very happy that we have chosen private clinic, especially Unica.

Above all, we tried the clinic to be close to our home in Germany. My husband was convinced that German doctors were better, but after two unsuccessful average healing procedures, we decided to try abroad. The Unica clinic was nearby and had good reviews, so we chose it. That was the best decision of my life. Everyone was really professional. Our coordinators and doctor gave the impression that they are very well prepared for our arrival. They spoke German very well and recommended that we offer tailored therapy. Actually, I felt like a real patient, not a customer who was only earning. I highly recommend Unica Clinic if you have tried something without success and are looking for a place with experienced specialists who treat patients with dignity.

Beautiful experience! The staff is very polite and has followed us carefully throughout the procedure, with prompt responses and always up to the 'height of the situation. Costs are contained compared to other structures. The clinic is new and modern. Insured result: we have had our children thanks to the Unica clinic. Thanks to all the staff of Unica!

At this clinic, I regrettably met Dr. Kafka (who is no longer working there), who got me through his insensitive access to the condition that I had no other clinic anymore to see. I recommended a native non-stimulation cycle after two ectopic pregnancies and fetal veins, which is not covered by the health insurance fund. This is my assessment after one visit to the clinic, probably just having a bad luck to the doctor. During his attitude to me personally I apologized clinic. But at the other clinic I visited, I felt much better in the waiting room, more cozy, with the native cycle method, and with the possibility of choosing a puncture without anesthesia, the procedure was almost half cheaper. Zadařilo the first time.

I am a single, successful, financially independent female looking into starting a family. I have reached out to this clinic for information about whether this clinic could assist me in my dream of becoming a mother. What I received was an email full of judgement & hate from their Head of SVK/CZ program Marcela Vesela. Her email stated (translated from Czech into English):"Good day, do Slovak laws allow it (meaning: single individuals using assistive reproductive services)? Each child has a right to 2 parents - it is a basic right of a Czech child. The child's rights come first. I have 4 children and they have and know their father. I grew up without a father and I would not even wish it upon my enemy, especially my child. Recklessness of some women never stops to amaze me."I consider this response extremely unprofessional. I did not ask for this employee's opinion about single-parenthood nor her life's details. This hateful rant was entirely unjustified as I was very professional in all of my communication (even in my email following this rudeness). I hope this clinic re-evaluates their communication strategy or staff that handles it.

my experience in the single clinic was more than positive. After failed steps in Italy, in 2015 I managed to get pregnant with my daughter and in 2018, on the first attempt to give her a little brother / sister, we had new luck.The center of Brno is small but extremely comfortable, clean and functional. The coordinators speak and write perfectly Italian and are punctual in responding to emails. I would recommend it without a doubt.

Best in Class. !! For the time we were there in Unica , we did not found any problems the staff and the the doctors are amazing and they really care for there patients and answers there queries in detail.They speak good English.What i liked about them is that always keep smiling which gives you positive vibes.The Front desk does a perfect job too. Very active and helpful !Would definitely recommend.

Good morning, our experience was more than excellent.the clinic is new and all the staff are very friendly and smiley,we have been welcomed and informed about the procedures and techniques that they adopt directly and clearly.the person who followed us "Michaela Bohàckovà" did so in a very professional way making us feel at ease at all times.Dr. Tomàs' Frgala who performed the operation was also friendly and professional.The 1st attempt was successful, now Elena is 6 months pregnant. if all goes well in May 2019 a handsome boy will be born. I highly recommend contacting the clinic is really the best you can ask.the top of the sector.
