Ve Formé jsem absolvovala vitamínové infuze. Měla jsem období častých virových infekcí horních dýchacích cest, a tak jsem se rozhodla pro tuto cestu. Samotné infuze mé tělo nabily novou energií, a od té doby (už je to 3 měsíce) již zdravotními potížemi netrpím. :) Jako bonus se o mne staral úžasný personál kliniky, také kvůli nim se zde v budoucnu moc ráda vrátím. :)

Byla jsem na operaci nosu u pana doktora Vaška a jsem nadmíru spokojená. Nos se povedl a mám z něj opravdu radost. Pan doktor je milý a profesionál na svém místě. Mám na nos samou chválu. Na klinice jsou velice hodné a ochotné sestřičky. Rozhodně tuto kliniku doporučuji

I visited the clinic from Switzerland with my friend to do a nose correction. From the beginning I had a contact person, Helena. She always wrote back to me immediately on my emails and answered all my questions. On the day of the operation, she picked us up at our Airbnb shortly before 7:00 a.m. The clinic made a very modern and clean impression on us. Detailed documents about the operation followed. I was then blood drawn, etc. I had a preliminary talk with my doctor and Helena was my translator.Then I was shown to my private room. I had a very nice room. I was treated very well by the nursing staff and felt that I was in good hands. I was very well informed about how to treat my nose at home and was prescribed medication.I recommend this clinic to everyone!

I am currently in Prague after having having a tummy tuck and liposuction with Dr Krizko. I am very happy so far with my treatment and care I have received. The girls who looked after me at the clinic are a credit to nurses worldwide- amazing and so much sincere care. Upon my arrival, I was treated lovely and kindly. My room was fresh and clean. I didn’t wait long before my surgery, and I was put to sleep calmly and reassured that everything was going to be ok. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, I haven’t seen the results properly yet as I am only 2 days post op, but from what I can see I am very happy and I know my future will be much happier with a flatter tummy. I will be back for any further treatments I want. Thanks you forme clinic and dr krizko!! 😁

I was unsure as I booked over the phone and internet to have my eyelids tucked and my ears fixed back without seeing the place, if I had made the right decision but as soon as I arrived I felt happy that I had made the journey. Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and modern. No fuss surgeon explained everything perfectly and carried out my work with a minimum of fuss. Its only 2 weeks ago but healing well and very satisfied with the results. Thank you. Fully recommended

Only the best recommendations. All women, like me, want to look good with age. Due to age-related changes, the skin needs professional help. I found such professionals in the person of Forme clinic. And so I was at the reception. I was greeted very friendly, Mrs. Eva was already waiting for me. After a little treat, the Protege anti-aging therapy procedure itself began. A cool gel is applied to certain areas of the face and then Mrs. Eva leads the device around the eyes, chin, forehead, and décolleté. Pleasant warmth spreads throughout the body. Each procedure lasts 1-1.5 hours. The tightening effect is visible immediately. The skin becomes firm and moist. After the third session, there were less wrinkles and especially “crow's feet” near the eyes, “bags” under the eyes became less noticeable. This is the most gentle and correct and most important non-surgical rejuvenation technique. Many thanks to the whole team. Elena.

My enthusiasm and positive reviews are absolutely deserved. The whole procedure and if I ever underwent it for 2.5 years. The family betrayed me due to complications, a friend stood by me and helped in the decision. I paid the biggest ones for the consultation, they were pleasant everywhere, but everywhere I felt like a number in a row, like in the post office. Consultations at other clinics, although paid, lasted for 15 minutes, although they guaranteed and claimed 30-45 minutes when booking by phone. I traveled to Brno and Ostrava for comparison. I was excited about the form and Dr. Baran in Prague. Consultation lasted 40 minutes and was very patient, I am fresh after the procedure, I can not evaluate the result, but I was supposedly sucked from my belly 900ml of fat, which I think is very much. Pain minimal, price higher, but actually everything I got, nothing nedoplácela.Musím mention a very nice nurse in the operation, she had a patience with me.I look forward to the result and thanks for all the support.MK

In the autumn, I underwent a nose sculpture with Dr. Vasek in Form. I was surprised that the operation didn't hurt at all.
