I just got on the phone with a very rude person from the reception. There was only one appointment to make and she clearly didn't feel like it. What will it be if you actually have to go there? No thanks AZ Monica, I will choose a better hospital.
After a fall with a bicycle on a fast, friendly, adequate help.Top team, tnx Marcus Henderickx
Scheduled admission for a 16-year-old son's intervention, with subsequent admission to intensive care.First you will be approached in a peasant way at the reception when you register at counter 2 with nr207 as the sign indicated while someone else is already there. You have to be faster, you are told ...Afterwards, you pre-ask whether you can be notified by telephone when the operation is done and whether you can see it smoothly. Answer: "We do not call and you can only visit your child at 7.30 pm for half an hour, even though the operation is done much faster.Upon discharge, they say you can go home between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. but at 4.30 p.m. you still know nothing.Customer friendliness 0, openness 0.
I cannot comment on the clinic itself. The parking is very tight and difficult. But the cancer rehabilitation is great! Very skilled and friendly physiotherapists who will help you on top. With an extra compliment for Stefanie. Thanks. 😃
I was operated on my upper jaw by Dr. Nadjmi from MKA and am very dissatisfied with this. I didn't have a jaw problem and I was always told that I looked good, but I wanted a little improvement myself and always wanted a nose job. I have waited for years to find a doctor I could trust. The operation was only meant to be aesthetic because I was not completely self-confident about myself. I was promised that with this operation ABSOLUTELY nothing could go wrong and that there were no risks involved. I should have refused at the time because every operation has risks. My upper lip is not correct a year after the operation after the operation and now protrudes while it used to be very beautiful, which means that since my operation I have had to apply lip ointment for a year to prevent dehydration. I don't get an answer as to why my upper lip is different now. The end result itself has also made me uglier. I feel really bad about it because I found myself much nicer before.I have had 4 serious infections as a result of this operation in total, the last one even being 8 months after the operation. My cheeks exploded with these infections and were the size of an apple. It became so bad that it got dirt and blood under my eye, which also gave me a swollen and blue eye. I have had to wait longer than a week before they could treat and open the infection because they have too much work. Because of this I have suffered immense pain. In total I may have had to take 5 boxes of antibiotics in less than a year. The cause of the countless infections was ultimately a piece of dead bone that had remained under the skin that eventually became obliterated because the infection became too severe. This has been the most traumatic experience in my life. I also had to have the fragment examined myself because here too I was not given an answer as to what this actually was when I showed it. No apologies were offered for an infection once. Not even after the 4th time when I had to go under the knife again to see the infection.I am incredibly disappointed with this operation and doctor. I have asked other opinions from other people and doctors and have always been told that this was really not a good operation for me and that they also do not understand why this operation was recommended to me. I have even been told by someone with real jaw problems that he has always wanted to see what I looked like before. I also don't feel seriously taken with my complaints. When I mention the problem with the surgeon in question, I am advised to do more jaw operations that friends, family and even other doctors disagree with and ask serious questions about the intentions of this doctor. Every complaint is laughed away and no solution is offered. The consequences of the operation are protruding upper lip, dehydration of the lips, tingling and slight numbness in my left cheek and sometimes even have pain in my jaws with weather changes. It has also taken away my natural charm because I found my face and smile much nicer before. If I could turn back the time I would never have had this operation performed.
I have to wait 2 hours for a doctor I do not recommend this hospital
I WAS RECORDED ON THE ORTHOPEDIA SERVICE OF THE AZ MONICA CAMPUS ANTWERP ON NOVEMBER 4, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE STAFF AND THE DOCTOR ALSO IN THE OPERATION QUARTER VERY GOOD EXPLANATION THANKS TO VERY GOOD AFFECTION THANKS TO THE GOOD GOOD GOOD NICE
That the hospital gives such a tired impression that even the elevator almost falls apart when you press the button, I can still somewhat move around. That the parking garage is so expensive that you lose € 10 at the end of the evening, I can just live with that. But that a patient presses the bell for help and that then for fifteen minutes NO ONE can be detected in the corridor, while there is loud laughter echoing from the nurses' dining room, I have more difficulty with that. The fact that you walk into the corridor after that quarter of an hour and then find someone yourself and the first male nurse you accidentally say she 'does not belong to this department', I think that is no longer funny. I'd rather die than ever end up in a room there.
My appointment was at 11:30 am, at 12:00 I was still in the waiting room. Went to the reception for an explanation but the only word she said was "you just have to wait in the waiting room" it looks like she thought it was totally normal. Unbelievable.
Was admitted on July 23, 2019, to Dr. De Vriend, super surgeon, and staff super pleasant, just great, food good too. Must still under the knife this year, and will certainly be in this hospital, chaprau !!!
Inhuman staff especially emergency! People work to their liking !! Never come there again! Even though I live 50m.
Very rude rush staff. Will never go there again.Complained.
Today with my son to the emergency. complaint terrible pain to an eye .... 2 hours waiting time on emergency department .... no other patient to see ... after 2 hours, the doctor O.N. a drop of anesthetic injected into the eye, a prescription made for tobradex ... with the message if it does not go better within 24 hours - to make an appointment at the ophthalmologist .... no investigation into the cause ... since the pain is still unbearable was we immediately called an ophthalmologist in Berchem ... result? metal splinter in the middle of the eye ....
In the children's ward, bad care. He neglects the attitude towards the patient. Staff rude, I am very unhappy !!! No more in a hospital like this one will appear !!!
Ordinary (broken legs) Ask for physiotherapist = BARTBart is super !!! Dear people and you make new friends.Nice people + making new friends. recovered faster! healed faster.PAZ or PAAZ = Anti alcohol / drugs = 9/10 !!!
The following account took place on Wednesday evening 17-04-2019.Senior and demented father is in room 402.Children and grandchildren are sitting at sickbed.A nurse comes in and asks if father has already received his insulin syringe ....This while he needs no insulin at all!Children ask questions about. this "insulin use" to which the nurse cannot / will not give an answer and to which he / she leaves.Another nurse comes and checks the wristband, frowns and also leaves meaningless.Children check the same wristband on this ...It turns out father has another patient's wristband on his wrist !!!Children are going to get redress from nursing staff because this is a very serious matter. After all, if father is actually given insulin, it is over and out. Moreover, what have they done unnecessarily with father and which, whether or not painful, and also useless investigations have already been carried out ???What follows is arrogant behavior and minimization of the facts and pure slapstick.Nursing and crying nursing because children insisted on getting text and explanation.Complaint is in the making.John Deridder-Fontaine
Super cozy atmosphere, really seems like you are somewhere at home and not in a hospital. Service on the pitch was fast and super friendly! Best hospital so far
I have / had a whole series of appointments on 1week, so every day to the Harmoniestraat Antwerp, Monday 17/9 at 11 you pain nurse and 13h social service, (was already on the road because of traffic jams) is informed at 9 am that the consultation of 13 you does not go through because of the pain nurse's illness, was at 10.15 in the clinic in underground parking and was at 12.15 pm at the parking ticket 6 EURO I had to pay while I have a disabled card, 18/9 I had to be with the pain psychologist and get a tens-device, we got a phone call when we were at the plantin and moretuslei that the nurse who must explain and place the tens, has reported sick, As a patient you have to inform 24 hours in advance or there are administrative costs, I luckily had a 2nd appointment, otherwise it was a lost ride and as a pain patient that is not a joke to make such a ride I am now also compensated, for the lost time, I am a bit angry though, would have liked to have ee n reply, my information can be found on the appointment desk, right?
horrible never experienced 4th floor is simply a disaster patients are struck for hours in their feces today, have waited until Mrs is taken to another hospital where they have had to wash the lady in question and the nurses there have also reported (noted) last Saturday was the same the team that changed this also noted and found it outrageous (1 nurse is the culprit of the name of this lady I do not know right but I know that it starts with joset at least black hair and a pair of glasses this lady claims that they can not make her anything, so ieman certainly does not belong in a hospital regrettably that such a person looks at the other nurses crooked this incident happened this afternoon
